John, our maintenance man was great at explaining what he did and how we v should continue to use the shower door in the future. It was very helpful and completely repaired.

The current manager, Brenda is extremely rude and in hospitable to a number of residence that I’ve spoken with here at Amberlin. I feel extremely understaffed administration has led to a number of difficulties for me the largest one being the towing of my vehicle because the staff here did not keep up on the change that I made which led to a very unpleasant encounter with Brenda that involve my daughter and granddaughter other members of the community have been outspoken in their dislike of Brenda’s attitude would be nice if someone else were here to be our administrator, I avoid Contact with her. Maintenance and remaining staff members in the office are kind. I would be pleased if someone from administration at the corporate office could contact me multiple phone calls messages left emails have totally been ignored. The $550 towing fee while I was on vacation for two weeks was not a pleasant surprise on my return My inquiry into this issue, if it is even red with a reply to me would be greatly appreciated and would make me much more likely to recommend Amberlin at this time. I absolutely would never give it a recommendation on the plus side thank you.
