John was fantastic. He explained everything about what he did to my door lock. He took his time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate John. He really is a wonderful person.

Drinking water often has bad taste, I assume the refrigerator has a filter. Is an upgrade available

I moved into Amberlin Queen Creek on October 1st, 2025. Time is passing rapidly and I must say, I am so happy here! I cannot believe I have been living here for nearly 2 months! Everyone whom I have met is friendly and kind. The building and grounds are impeccable. I love having the gym available anytime and walking around the building is so enjoyable and beautifully landscaped. I would wholeheartedly recommend Amberlin Queen Creek for it’s lifestyle community and location!

Maintenance always responds to service requests promptly and always with a smile.

John is very prompt at getting maintenance completed and we appreciate that he leaves a form to show what was done and when!!! Thank you for being so efficient John!
