I reported washing machine went out Oct 24th and its still out with no time frame for repair or replacement! I was informed I could lug my stuff to a vacant apartment to use the machine In it. While I appreciate that offer it is very inconvenient! I don't care if its under warranty and you are waiting to decide what to do, every occupied unit needs a working washing machine!

I actually have no words, I adore all the staff members, the residents are so friendly and welcoming, the community is spotlessly clean, and everybody is very respectful of each other. I hope this is the last place that I live! Love you all!

I have never felt like I was a part of anyplace I have ever lived then here at Amberlin Queen Creek. Even before I moved in Nancy and her staff were so kind to me and made me feel welcome. They have gone way beyond in making sure I felt that I belong along. I want to thank my new neighbors. They have been so kind and caring to me and I appreciate everything they have done to include and welcome me to the Amberlin community. It is like nothing I have ever experienced. I want to thank Nancy and her staff along with John and his maintenance team for being so supportive to me.and I hope everyone knows how much it’s appreciated.I appreciate all of you.

John came to repair the shower issues. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take before I could use my shower. Very professional!
