I love living here at Amberlin Queen Creek.

The dog park is in need of lights (night) and shading (day). Maybe it would help with all the doggy issues in the hallways? I’m still having issues with the Cox tv and internet.The lights in the common areas are constantly turning off during gaming nights and even at poker and puzzle rooms. I think it’s sad that the residents are having to figure out ways to feel secure by signup to walk the halls and checking that the doors are closed and locked. I personally have seen people in cars, outside of the gates, parked, waiting for someone to leave, and drive right in as residents are leaving. As for myself, I’m not worried for my own safety. I sit on my porch, till all hours of the night with Charlie, my pup, just enjoying the quiet nights. During the day I’m usually at the MDAnderson hospital. Most evenings, when I feel up to it, I get to share time, around 6:00pm, with other residents and play games and share snacks. I wish I had more time to spend in the pool area. All and all, I am content and pleased with Amberlin Queen Creek.

I'm enjoying my studio apartment, it is the perfect size for my needs. Everyone is friendly, especially my immediate neighbors. The reason I chose this community is the large pool which is perfect for swimming. Also needed it to be heated for swimming in winter months.A view of the Superstition mountains is an added bonus.The only negative I have...when I leave my balcony door open during the winter months the traffic noise is loud.

The residents were very nice and my guide, Nancy, was wonderful. I found the residents to be friendly and very accomdating in helping me make my decision.The quality of the construction was impressive, many amenities and a lovely pool.Nancy was available to answer my many questions and showed me the apartments I wanted to view even after changing my mind.I look forward to making Amberlin QC my new and forever home. Coming back to AZ!

Living at Amberlin is just what I was looking for when I toured the complex. Now after almost one year here, I am completely happy and intend to stay for as long as I am able.

Amberlin offers many varied activities that are outstanding and should meet the needs of all residents. I have truly enjoyed getting to know many of the residents and being involved in many of the activities. Since this is my first experience living in an apartment community I have been pleasantly surprised at how well it is maintained and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff. I feel at home here.

Still disappointed that what was presented to me prior to leasing is not the case------ that being the availability of a key fob to be used by a family member to allow for easier access, especially if needed in case of sickness.Had I known that what was told to me was not accurate, I may have reconsidered my choice, at the very least, my choice of apartment location.
