How much effort would it be to knock off the curb by the mailbox and make it handicap instead of leaving the car there with an expired license that hasn’t moved for over a month, I call that unfair for the people in Amberlin that need that space for their walkers. I have heard it is open parking, but, you are definitely WRONG on this point. People aren’t happy about that, and I think you should be more concerned about the current residents, not for cars that or have expired licenses and don’t move their car as I said earlier.

I am excited about my move in just very nervous about my door on my shower how it was constructed however after 2 repairs it may be not as scary as it was ; the mirror over the sink is not to stable when I spray to clean it it seems it is going to fall but hasn't a blessing

I work a lot to be able to afford to live here.im not able to do all that’s offered here because of that. Some day maybe ill be able to.its a very nice place to live.im grateful to be here

I never had a washer.That was this complicatedVeryFrustrating. ...oh well.John however is like a breath of fresh air. He said he had to figure all of this stuff out also. Apparently i'm not the only one.John is excellent as is readily. Maintenance team is always friendly and prompt. Kudos!

Price is a little high for long term after I retire

John addressed the problem in a most timely manner. He realized the element in the water heater needed to be replaced. A plumber came and was able to replace the element.The maintenance men had to stand on the dryer under the water heater to work. The top was scratched and will be mentioned on the Condition Form.

The techs that have been here since we moved in have been excellent! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!
