The guys were professional and came out quickly.

When I toured I mentioned the fire alarm boxes going off and that is still not resolved, paint is in drips and smears on the carpets in hallways/ vinyl flooring smeared with white paint, still not cleaning up, dents and gouges in the trim work, pool water feature has tiles have white residue and rust on metal components, read someones review and agree the pool cement is pitted and there was mildew on the outdoor furniture. A screw got in my tire ( $300.00 new tire) and have found 3 other screws on the property. The stair well in building near garages has sheetrock dust all over railings and floors. Told palm tree coming in July near pool, these are easily purchased locally and should be no delay. Events not easy to get to for working residents and too few people live here yet for good attendance. . Gates have issues off and on. No staff issues. Perhaps need another maintenance person to rectify issues.

The professionalize of every staff member was excellent and a strong factor in our decision.

The pool is beautiful and one of the reasons we chose Amberlin, but very disappointing that it’s not heated which will limit its use to about 7 months. The nights get to cold in the winter to maintain the warm water.

A few glitches when I moved in bit you took care of those in a timely manner

The online application and filing out other forms leave a lot to be desired. It is time sensitive and constantly kicks me out.The system needs to be improved.
