I wasn't expecting the water to have such a strong sulfur smell coming out of the faucets. The smell comes and goes. Also, it would be nice if Amberlin had an area where you could wash off your car if needed.

It took 3 day for someone to respond to a water leak coming out of the wall. Then it was another 3 days before it was fixed.

I have adjusted to life here. I like the people that live here. The cleaning staff is wonderful. I think maintenance men are good. I am still disturbed about the lack of security. Mainly unlocked gates. It has a beautiful pool . It will be sad that it is not usable in cool weather months because of no heater for the pool.

The manager and staff at this location are excellent.

Victor is professional, friendly, completes a request efficiently and cleans up his workspace completely before he leaves.

Service was fast and excellent. Maintenance staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem.Great crew. We are very grateful to have them.

Cost of rent is a BIG concern. I sometimes lose sleep because of this. We haven’t rented in a very long time so the cost was quite a shock.We appreciate what we have here so please keep it affordable for us.
