Only concern with any request is being notified of an approximate day and time window so we can schedule around it. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the team.

When I moved in, nice discount was applied. Now that I am renewing, total discount has gone away, which I expected, but an increase on top of losing the $258 discount per month is not a justified price increase. I am staying because I like the size of the property, convenience to shops and dining spots, and I have met some nice people here.We had a nice coffee machine for lattes and cappuccinos, which has now been replaced by a cheap system . This was a nice little amenity that gave me reasons to just interact with people….GONE!

All things that were rated poorly is because no one ever performed the maintenance request. I asked to have curtain rods hung, and you told me to get my own maintenance man. Not happy!
