The only thing that I have been asking for since April is replacement of my “lawn”. I understand the initial problem was water restrictions and irrigation. But I continued to ask and was told “soon” in every meeting. I do pay more for having that patio lawn and being on the first floor, though mine is much smaller than others. But I absolutely love the community and the people.

Building doors don't close properly; they slam shut and the noise is heard in our apartments. Hallways & stairs need cleaned. Pool is not heated.

We think that both the north and south gates should be in and out gates. The north gate is that way, but the Southgate is only an out gate. People that live on the north side of the property can come and go through the Northgate people on the south side of the property can only go out the thtough the southgate. Southgate.

The staff here are wonderful.

The staff is excellent, helpful and attentive. If there is a question or concern it is taken care of quickly and efficiently. A pleasure to live here.

The dishwasher was replaced and I tried the second dishwasher and the exact same thing happened. I took pictures. Please stop by on Monday. Thank you.

You would have gotten excellent if 2 of you would not have bitched me out about the way I filled out user unfriendly request.

Maintenance request was completed in a timely manner and service was outstanding.

I put my requests in late one evening and both jobs were completed before noon the next day. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the rapid response or excellent work done.
