This place wonderful. There are a few issues like the tile work and flooring that I would not have paid the contractors. From what I understand the pool is not heated because no one knows where the gas lines are, I cannot use the pool since the pool is to cold. These kind of things annoy me.

I live on the bottom floor but only have about 1/4 yard of grass. I have a sprinkler head that will probably never be fixed because it will need to be looked at by the contracted yard people. I have stains on my carpet, that were not noticed when I moved in because of boxes, that will not come up. I have tried just about everything I can think of to get them up. There are things that were not put up or put on properly when the apartment was built therefore the security has had issues. My wooden floor is full of marks that were made when building the unit and not cleaned up. I have met some really nice people here. I also have fun attending events.

We asked for treatment for ants in the kitchen. We expected the kitchen to be sprayed, but we received only advice to apply ant killer, which we did. Problem seems to be resolved at present time.

The three-day apartment inspection is not realistic. I keep finding problems in here every day.The security here is getting unmanageable. Pedestrian gates often do not work. People often don't close the building doors, or they often block it from shutting in order to help relatives, who are on the way, so they can gain entry. The only security I can really maintain is to keep my front door locked. The community center doors seldom lock completely. The magnets in the door are pretty weak or they fail to lock. I listen to others in the community and they are rather disturbed as they find homeless people taking shelter in our community center. Could you please put a clock in the fitness room? As I am still in the process of selling my home, I am a little distracted from attending some of the events you have.

Vacuum the hallways once weekly each week. Clean spots from resident hallways. Better ground maintenance. Overall, outside appearance is somewhat lacking curve appeal. Shrubbery not allowed to grow to a decent height, plants very low to ground (especially those meant to be taller). Why are none service dogs allowed inside the community area. The ones I've seen do not meet the lawful definition. I know the ADA and Florida state definitions what criteria has to be met. Those fake individuals can get online doesn't qualify. Florida statue clearly states their are certain criteria that must be met. Service dogs do not roam freely. They are trained!Thank you.

We love living here at Amberlin Wiregrass and Kylie was absolutely wonderful throughout the process and is so so good at what she does.Renee and Eileen have also done a spectacular job.The only complaint we have is about the security here.We were told it is not Amberlin’s job to provide security for its residents. We have been here over a month now and have already seen at least 3 gates and 1 building door that are broken or not working so anyone can walk onto the property and into our buildings. The door to our building has finally been fixed…but the other gates allow anyone access onto the property…why can’t all these gates be fixed so they can close and lock?We all have FOB keys for security that are really useless if gates and doors are accessible to anyone who doesn’t live here.We recently found out a lady was walking into our building each night, going down the hallway where we live, and trying door knobs to see whose door was open. Our biggest complaint was that there was no mass email sent to the residents so we could be aware of what was happening. We were only able to find out because we overheard others talking. We understand things like this can’t be prevented, but residents should be told about situations like this for our own safety and awareness. Many apartment complexes have security cameras installed, which is actually cheaper than paying an hourly rate for security to drive around the property.
