The thermostat was the problem. Maintenance made a reset but did not solve problem. My son in law read the manual n made the adjustment necessary to resolve the issue.

We have only been resident​s for about a month and have found ​t​he overall experience to be positive. The apartment and location suit our needs​ and the staff has been very helpful ​with our transition.

Victor replaced my shower head the morning after I submitted the request. A job well-done as always!

No body came to our apartment so how was it completed

Overall, we have enjoyed living here. The staff is amazing and professional. The maintenance staff is particularly exceptional. All the staff are friendly and responsive to resident concerns, often making extreme efforts to accommodate resident’s needs and wishes.Personally , I’d rather not share certain spaces with dogs. The dog park is beautiful and there are nice spaces for owners to sit and relax while their dogs play and exercise. While most of the dogs are well behaved and friendly, I’d prefer not to have to smell, hear, and share spaces with them when eating or enjoying the clubhouse. Unfortunately, some owners don’t clean up behind their dogs and there are often odors and stains in the hallway carpets. There is no way staff can stay on top of it due to the many dogs here. I like dogs and find most of them here to be adorable, but we don’t currently have one because of the added responsibility of ownership.The people in the community are friendly and caring. Between what Amberlin provides and residents initiate, there are many opportunities for building relationships and having social interactions. My granddaughters commented that their visit here was wonderful and their most enjoyable aspect was their interactions with the community of people. I wholeheartedly agreeGates and other features of the property often don’t function as intended We miss the coffee machine that was here when we arrived. It was a remarkable benefit to living here, but it was replaced by a much inferior set up.Thank you for the opportunity to share opinions about our experience here at Amberlin at Wiregrass. The benefits and positive experiences far outweigh any concerns, but I thank you for allowing us a chance to give feedback.

Love the apt & location. Would prefer to have access to clubhouse via all doors 24 hrs with use of fob. Smaller doors r locked after hrs even for fob. All doors should be green access during business hrs to aid disability & delivery access. Staff is wonderful.
