You need to get a handle on the entrance gates. We were told they would be open during the day and closed at night. That has not happened as of know. You can get in only the north gate as of now and it makes no sense to us that we have to drive three times as far to get to our apartment.I was told that there is a contract to remove the excess glue from the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. When will that start?

I only are leaving because of something in the apartment that makes me sick ( bad allergies) . I had to go to the emergency room because I couldn’t breathe. When I left the apartment I would feel much better. I purchased expensive air purifiers with no better results. To make matters worse knowing this and when we made the decision to leave you still had me pay everything to cancel my lease no adjustment because medical reason for leaving. This is just not right.
