I always receive excellent service from maintenance. They are very prompt and professional.

Renee was especially kind, a good listener and so welcoming. I spent a night in the guest suite and this gave me a feel for the apartment spaces..

Should have larger area for walking dogs. Very small grassy area for their daily walks.Also at 55+ although I LOVE all dogs I think due to ages of residence that dogs sizes/ weight limits should be in place. Large dogs become harder for older people to keep control of if a situation should arise. Also the garages are small as far as the garage doors. I took a garage only to have to give it up the next day because my car+ side mirrors are 90 inches across, your garage doors are only 93 inches across. I had to take a carport that honestly, do not leave much side room, so depending on who parks next to you can lead to lots of car doors banging into your car.

They addressed a tripping concern and took care of it within a day

I really love living here and fortunately for me I haven’t had some of the problems in my apartment as others. I am disappointed in all the problems with the security gates and doors. I didn’t expect that with this being a new building. Also I walk in the hallways often and the carpets are stained with pet urine, foot prints etc., not a good look for us or visitors. I think scheduled carpet cleaning throughout is needed. Also I park in covered parking and my car is covered with debris from the ceiling, so more scheduled cleaning of the carports is needed. Also too many problems with the elevators being inoperable, again with a new building that shouldn’t be.

My service request was not completed. I opened a new one for the missing item and no response in two days. There was no maintenance notice left letting me know who did the work and what was done. The items that were fixed which were caused by the recent electrical outage due to lighting hitting the building were done timely and thoroughly.

The maintenance team is always expedient and helpful; always coming to the rescue!

This property is more and more resembles an ALF which is not what I expected. Also, way too many food-oriented planned activities and some more geared toward those who should be residing in a different community
