Disappointed by the fit and finish of the place. Baseboard installation is very poor in some spots. Incomplete caulking here and there. Cracks in drywall. Refrigerator makes grating noise.

I was pleasantly impressed with the community and staff. I'm surprised this survey was sent after I signed the new lease. My only concern is the flooding in my unit when we have heavy rain. I renewed my lease with the belief that maintenance will continue to address the issue and make the necessary adjustment as needed. Otherwise I am happy with everything Amberlin had to offer. Thank you.

Only concern with any request is being notified of an approximate day and time window so we can schedule around it. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the team.

When I moved in, nice discount was applied. Now that I am renewing, total discount has gone away, which I expected, but an increase on top of losing the $258 discount per month is not a justified price increase. I am staying because I like the size of the property, convenience to shops and dining spots, and I have met some nice people here.We had a nice coffee machine for lattes and cappuccinos, which has now been replaced by a cheap system . This was a nice little amenity that gave me reasons to just interact with people….GONE!
