The architecture and design of the building, courtyard, and my apartment make Amberlin an outstanding place to live. The staff members are clearly committed to the happiness and well-being of residents - everyone adores them. I am highly satisfied.

The staff, although busy is very responsive to resident requests and in returning calls. Our clubhouse is always spotless as well as the restrooms. Even after major events it is orderly right away. No garbage to be seen. I have encountered rude residents in the parking area. As a new resident, October 8th, I was told unassigned parking was first come first served. Older residents want the same unassigned parking space! I have been called out on it! Shameful! Rules should be followed. There are Hawaiian Leis hanging from the lights over our addresses/apt numbers. They look tacky and could be a fire hazard from the lights. Door mats are attractive as well as seasonal wreaths hanging from the doors. Some residents have built little shrines outside their doors. Not allowed according to the rules I have read. There are more "pluses than deltas " I appreciated the night's lodging my first night. I had driven in from Northeast, GA, 600 miles. No furniture in my new apt. The attention to meaningful details in the units is also appreciated. One detail should be revisited in future construction. The fuse box should NOT be in the bedroom! If they had moved it over three inches, the bedroom door would have covered it. Unsightly and no way to hide the ugly grey cover.
