Renee Zollo has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She has gone the extra mile to help provide me with obtaining answers to my questions to assist me in the decision making process. Eileen and Kylie have been helpful and a delight to work with. Everyone has been very patient with me.

I got married to someone who also lives in Amberlin which resulted in both of us moving into a larger apartment here at Amberlin. Only one of us was allowed to transfer our lease to our new apartment. Subsequently, I was hit with an early termination fee even though I didn’t leave Amberlin. (That’s a terrible rule to have. I would suggest corporate rethink penalizing couples who meet at Amberlin, get married and choose to stay—neither party should be penalized. I would greatly appreciate that 2-month penalty be refunded.)

Need HEATED "resort style" pool.No safe place to walk dogs.LOVE LOVE LOVE our apartment 💕. Would totally consider staying if pool was heated.

The apartment is lovely and fits my life perfectly. Plenty of activities to choose from.Friendly neighbors at various stages of older life. Everything seems great so far!

The maintenance team is top notch

Once the office closes, there aren’t any activities after 5PM. The rent is too high for what you are offering.

Accommodations snd staff excellent.

It's a great community, and everyone in the leasing office is remarkable, especially Renee. One critical missing item is sidewalk ramps. The sidewalks are high, creating a risk of falls and serious injuries.

Victor knew already the problem! So good to know the facilities are in good hands!

Maintenance always does a great job!
