Everyone was nice and friendly I just didn’t like that I had to make two separate appointments for x-ray and cleaning. I put on my appointment application that my purpose for visit was annual meaning X-rays and teeth cleaning but somehow there wasn’t anyone there clean our teeth. So now I had to make another appointment which i hope is still apart of our annual so I won’t get charged.

My appt was at 9 and other patients also had 9 am . I understand they have fu appts or different situations. I didn’t get seen til 9:50 due to the front desk left my new chart unseen I was about to leave. Not happy…
