The staff did an excellent work in assisting me even though I was early for my appointment

I came in for a simple procedure, to repair a cracked molar. Dr. LOBATON is the general dentist I saw previously, so I expected similar, professional treatment when she replaced the old filling. When the novocaine wore off, I found swelling and cuts and cuts inside my lower lip.

During my appointment, I was initially told I had to pay much more than my original estimate due to an insurance change. After showing my estimate, they adjusted the amount and I paid what was quoted. I received a receipt for that amount, but later I was charged a higher amount that I never authorized. I don’t understand how they can charge more than what is shown on my receipt.
