Rates rose significantly in just 3 months. I rented a 20 x 20 and received (2) 20 x 10.I wouldn’t have rented if I knew it wasn’t 1 unit. Property manager was very rude. Another employee closed out my account before I even moved out of both units and before my lease was up. The unit itself was gross, filled with spider nests due to numerous holes in the unit, allowing them to get in.Found a larger unit for much cheaper.

It's all good! The only complaint I have is that is that the office is closed at weird hours. There have been 2 times we have shown up during the posted business hours. No sign on the door.

I just got a new CubeSmart on Monday. I was only expecting the admin fees - not the locks or insurance. So I didn't have enough cash on me to cover it all ($21.02) so I had to put the extra on my credit card. After talking with my son, I went back in and told the manager (Antonio) that I did not need the locks as we have several. Instead of reversing the charge for the locks as he was supposed to, I just noticed this morning that my credit card statement shows two $21.02 charges pending! Could you please straighten that out for me? Thank you!
