The wonderful manager at the facility was very helpful and considerate, the property is clean and everything worked out well for my family.

Cube Smart storage facility is clean and neat and the customer service is exceptional..Antonio was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He took the time to explain the closing process of the storage to me .

The prices more than quadrupled in the year we were there. After around 6 years of consistent payments via auto payment suddenly one payment doesn't go through and all that was sent was an email--- and most of us don't check emails regularly any more. Finally the DAY before my stuff would have been up for auction, a kind manager FINALLY called me to alert me to the missed payment. I was horrified that a payment was missed, and that's on me, but the lack of check in via phone for $265 a month is more than a bit disconcerting--- and then a $50 late fee.

very easy to obtain a unit. over the past 3 years i have been in a transition period. i moved from a big house to a tiny apartment for 2 years while i recovered financially, and got on my own feet after divorce. i have had to get up to 3 units at a time, and it was always so easy to obtain additional units to meet my long term and short term needs.

Rates rose significantly in just 3 months. I rented a 20 x 20 and received (2) 20 x 10.I wouldn’t have rented if I knew it wasn’t 1 unit. Property manager was very rude. Another employee closed out my account before I even moved out of both units and before my lease was up. The unit itself was gross, filled with spider nests due to numerous holes in the unit, allowing them to get in.Found a larger unit for much cheaper.
