Much higher cost than other available storage facilities.

It's all good! The only complaint I have is that is that the office is closed at weird hours. There have been 2 times we have shown up during the posted business hours. No sign on the door.

I just got a new CubeSmart on Monday. I was only expecting the admin fees - not the locks or insurance. So I didn't have enough cash on me to cover it all ($21.02) so I had to put the extra on my credit card. After talking with my son, I went back in and told the manager (Antonio) that I did not need the locks as we have several. Instead of reversing the charge for the locks as he was supposed to, I just noticed this morning that my credit card statement shows two $21.02 charges pending! Could you please straighten that out for me? Thank you!

Complex was clean and well secured

No one working at the facility hardly everPrice went up $45 within 18 months .

I rented a 20x20 unit. No where did it state it was 2 20x10 units. It would have been cheaper just to rent 2 20x10 units. No welcome kit with locks was leave in my unit on my move in date. I had to go buy my own locks because property management was not in the office. Also the gate does not work. I will be moving out as soon as possible.

You have increased the pric by $20 over the last 2 years. This is too much, I will not pay you $80/month for a little tiny space!
