Very easy to rent online and no problems.

It was complicated to get the storage unit transferred and for one month was charged for two units despite upgrading from one to the other and being assured I’d only be paying the difference. I also did not feel my belongings were safe as I showed up multiple times to the gate being left open and staying open at minimum the entire time that I was inside, ensuring anyone for a significant amount of time on several separate days could come into the facility whenever they wanted.

Broken system. Attendant never there. Rates changed and increased every 3-6 months. The security gate was broken open for weeks. No security of my belongings.

Antonio was great.He was helpful, considerate, professional.I appreciate all that he did for me.Too smart it's a much better company than the previous company I was using extra space storage, they are terrible as far as their customer service.

The units don't have lights. No AC during the summer of 2025, therefore not climate controlled. Units were difficult to work in. Customers can't use trash bins.

It was good at first but I was told nothing about the the constant rising of the price of the unit very disappointed will never recommend any body to use storage here im more likely to tell people to stay away from this place!

All went well until the price kept getting higher

Streamlined and hands off approach. Was able to load stuff in, get stuff out, it was in the same shape getting it back as it was when I put it in there. Good experience.
