I took the truck for issues with trac off qnd engine lights. I was informed by Advisor spark plugs might fix it, this was a recommended item on my previous visit I decided not to have this done because of the other issues. Spark plugs were replaced anyway and the lights issues were not addressed. Advisor informed me they could check that with another appointment. Maintenance and repairs are expensive they should not guess what could be the issue.

check in process was bad. the check in lanes were like a parking lot. i had to wait almost 40 minutes to talk to a advisor.

Went in for my scheduled maintenance. They were very thorough. Wait time was a little long but they were very busy.
