Very disorganized. Took my vehicle in for its first maintenance. Had an appointment and still had to wait two hours. A nail in was found in my tire and it took a other hour for the service writer to contact me and obtain permission to repair (3 hours after scheduled apt time). Now all tires are significantly over inflated (41 psi, should be 35).

My visit was perfect.

While everyone is very professional and kind at Toyota, I wanted to bring up one issue. I had just had my car serviced and had to return regarding a tire sensor issue. I wasn't sure if I would be charged due to the fact that it didn't come up during my initial inspection. The service provider did tell me that they would do the tire inspection and then I would be informed about cost. When the estimate came through, it stated no cost; so I called my service provider and ok'd it. When I went to pay, the cost was $578.84. When I stated that my estimate said 0.00, I was told there was a glitch in the computer system. I paid it, but what if there was a customer who couldn't pay over $500 for one tire sensor.

Had the rotors/ front brake pads replaced on my Tacoma. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, check in/out was smooth and efficient and the cost was what I was expecting. Overall good experience.

The service man was precise on what needs to be repaired. He attended to me courtesy and respect. I will definitely recommend his service.

Horrible! Every TIME , EVERY VISIT. Last time I was charged for a tire rotation that was never completed…. Every time , they want to add services …. It’s NEVER taken less than 5 hrs for an oil change, ( almost 9 this last one). Also, the wonderful plastics on the front seat that these expensive vehicles are KNOWN to have constantly break! They wanna charge me over $300 to replace now. Needless to say, TOYOTA is at the bottom of a hill they used to dominate. Won’t use this stealership again.
