If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay, stop scrolling — One Particular Penthouse is it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location was absolutely fantastic: close to everything we wanted, yet still peaceful enough to truly relax.The condo itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable for our group. There was plenty of room to spread out without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals easily during a longer stay, which made the whole experience even more convenient and enjoyable.The little extras truly made a difference too — beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon were all provided, which made our daily beach trips an absolute dream and saved us so much hassle.The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the linens and towels were plush, spotless, and hotel-quality.What really stood out was the communication from the staff. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. Everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free.This condo accommodated our group perfectly, and we would absolutely stay here again. One Particular Penthouse delivered the kind of vacation experience that helped us make happy memories for our family.

Great house!!!!

Loved our stay and will be booking again! Quality of pillows/linens could be improved- primary bed comforter had makeup stains, and there was a used bar of soap left in the primary bathroom shower from the previous guest. Small things but the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars! Friendly, responsive, great location and amenities, and very looking forward to our next visit!!!

Rental was smooth and easy to follow instructions. House was very nice however a few things would have made the stay perfect including more comfortable furniture and while adequate some kitchen upgrades would be nice suck as better utensils and pots and pans. The guest bedroom was warm all the time and never really cooled down at all and the rest of the house was generally hotter than I would prefer also. AC in the garage was also ineffective and made the game room essentially unusable. The dock was nice and pool/hot tub area also very nice but again would like to see some more comfortable patio furniture. House is still very nice and I would rent again if it’s my only option. Also house was very clean and updated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is in a perfect location being one block from the beach and a few from Bridge Street. We loved everything about this place!

Beautiful condo. Spacious and very comfortable. Very clean with lovely decor. We really loved the screened in porch facing the water. Grounds were well maintained. Pool and splash pad were perfect for hanging out with our family.

Great home in a great location. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Pool was a little smaller than we thought, but was fine for the two of us. Quiet neighborhood while being close to everything. Would definately stay again!

The house and location are absolutely perfect! Communication has been amazing for any minor issues we needed addressed, we cannot wait to come back to this home!
