Sunshine Cove was the perfect spot for our vacation. The backyard was great! Our fur babies loved the turf and fenced yard. Location was central to beaches and other activities. All the beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great place for a family. Quiet neighborhood with everything you need. Kids loved the pool and putting green. Adults loved the outdoor patio and fire-pit. Highly recommend!

The towels are mismatched and paper thin. It sleeps 6, but only came with 4. Also, there wasn't a bath mat, so we had to use one of them for that. The pillows are flat so updating those would be nice.

The house is beautiful. TVs by the pool and on the main balcony are a cool feature. Lots of Manatee activity behind the house during our stay. If you are traveling with dogs there is plenty of grass and a walkable neighborhood. The Fox Mercantile is a block down the main road - cute shop with coffee. It is possible to walk or bike across the bridge to Bradenton Beach but there is also parking over there. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials. Only thing that could be added is plastic wine/rocks glasses to take by the pool. We had a great time. Thank you.

We had a great stay overall, but we need to flag a serious concern. A maintenance team member entered the backyard through the side gate 20 minutes before our checkout — while our children were playing in the yard. We found this completely unacceptable and hope it’s addressed going forward.

Renting from Anchor Down has been nothing but a pleasant experience ! Everything we ask or needed was there for us. The house we stayed in was brand new and was just plain awesome !! It was in a quiet neighborhood and was just a nice place to hang out and enjoy! If your looking to book a house Anchor Down is the place to book!

I'm not sure I can bring myself to rent a vacation property with you ever again. This is 2 years in a row that we had this issue with the same property. I never would have believed that you would get it wrong again.

Great location and set up.

The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more! My only recommendations would be a new couch, it is very broken in and uncomfortable, a new grill, ruined a whole meal because you can’t change the flame even when on low and grates are rusted and broken. Also when the pool pump keeps turning off the jets also turn off and the pool gets cloudy and bugs pretty quickly making it undesirable to swim in. Also I feel like the bedding( other than the sheets that the guests are supposed to wash) isn’t being washed after check out. Vacuum is FULL and tangled with hair and unusable. I would recommend inspecting after cleaners for thoroughness! Overall this was a great experience and we loved the house and all the memories we were able to create in it! We would rent again!
