Pool was the only sore spot of this stay. Otherwise perfectly clean, cozy, dafe and location is phenomenal!!!

Home has been nicely remodeled. Kitchen is excellent with all amenities. Very nice coffee station. We had no reason to have maintenane come out during our 2wk. But there are a number of items that would give this a better rating: Vertical blinds are missing or don't work, corner shelf in master bath was laying on the floor, stains on towels, undisclosed leaky skylight, washing machine sounds like it's going to quit, light switches do not operate lights/fans in bedrooms, horizontal blinds are missing wands, rugs are old and stained, grill is rusted out (we did not use it)

It is a really nice place! The hosts were great with communication and support. The hot tub was a bit tricky to figure out and one of the doors outside takes a bit of strength to open. The grill was great, kitchen was great, pool was a lot of fun, and all bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

Beautiful condo overlooking bay screen in porch with comfortable furniture. Spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. Amenities pool splash pad and outdoor tables very nice. I would say only negative is if your only renting for a week you can’t use walking trail and other amenities. You have to tent for month.

Any questions we had were answered immediately and professionally. I felt cared for.

We loved this home! It was one of my favorite homes I have stayed at! The amenities are incredible. Location is fantastic. Pictures do not do justice. i am suoer picky and this met all my needs and beyond!

The house was nicely located close to Anna Maria Island. Our boys LOVED being able to fish off the dock in the back yard - that was definitely a highlight! The pool was nice. The house was clean minus a few Palmetto bugs! Jamie was great at helping us out with a missing comforter, extending our checkout. We were locked out on the last night of our visit and your on-call person fixed the situation quickly. The only negative was the original cancellation of the first house we booked , decreasing a bedroom and bathroom in this house. We made it work, but an additional bed in the kids room would have been nice for our group. Oh, purchase different silverware! The current set is junk!

A level two EV charger would make a great addition for future guests traveling with an electric vehicle. Not necessary, but a very nice addition.

The pool never was heated even though they rushed us to charge us for the cost. The beds were uncomfortable as were the pillows.

Beautiful property. Well kept and nicely decorated.
