Beautiful home, location was perfect for the event we were attending.

Nice and cozy place. I would maybe suggest putting blinds or curtains on the pool door. Also, the bedroom window upstairs that faces the pool, has a pane that is loose. It was flapping in the wind during the cold front that rolled through and wind were blowing pretty good. I noticed the window pane has separated from the framein the lower left corner. Need to be adhered again.

We really enjoyed our stay in AMI. Communication and follow-up by Anchor Down staff was perfect and timely. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Anchor Down was in constant contact with us by email, text and personal phone calls every step of our process, from booking to staying and checking out. They were very professional and helpful. This is a good company for rentals.

Comfy bed and great water pressure. Love the location. Walk to Bridge Street area full of restaurants, shops and bars. Live music, mini golf and such a fun environment.

Perfect location, 5mins away from anything you would need, 15mins away from beach. Home has everything we needed.Fenced in for pets. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and already looking forward to our next stay.

The location is great. It was about 5 minutes ride to the beach. We really spent the entire weekend at the beach. There were bikes that you can ride over to the island if you like. This was our first time to the area and we will definitely be back. The house it self is beautiful. We used the pool and hot tub almost every day. The views are beautiful. There are kayaks and paddle boards but we didn't get out on the water, it was a little windy. The house is well appointed with plenty of beach towels, and chairs. Loved it. Hard to leave.

The location of this property was incredible. The outside of the property was beautiful, however we were very disappointed that the both pools were drained for repair the day we arrived and not available for our stay. We were not informed this was going to happen as we would have looked for another property if we would have known. We called ADR and were informed that they had no idea this was going to happen. It was an HOA issue? After speaking to Rico our representative for ADR, he was able to find another property available with a pool. The property was 15 minutes further away from the beach and was unacceptable as we choice this property because of the location. The unit was nice but needed some updates. The washer and dryer were broke. We were informed of this at the last minute and we told that we could use the coin operated laundry in the area and they would refund us. Again I found this unacceptable as we rented the unit because of the convenience of doing laundry on site. Also, having the use of a swimming pool right across from our unit which was also not available. Rico was able to get us a $100 gift card for our inconvenience. This was my no means enough but it was the best he could do. The unit had a beautiful screened in patio with a view of the gulf. Unfortunately the patio furniture cushions were so stained and dirty that we did not feel comfortable using it. The rest of our unit was very nice. In regards to Rico our ADR representative, he was very professional and did is best to handle the issues we had. He evened stopped by the unit to apologize for the pool and washer and gave us our visa card.
