House was lovely and spacious. Not many towels for 7 of us. 1 or 2 washcloths was not enough. Lots of cobwebs in lighting fixtures. Lanai seemed to have not been cleaned in a while. Bit disappointing.

The home was excellent, especially due to the fact we came down 1 week after 2 HURRICANES!! Anchor Down was FANTASTIC with all communication and our point of contact, Jamie, was extremely helpful as was Rich, owner of Anchor Down. Any and all issues were addressed immediately with friendly and honest concerns. Some minor home repairs were going on during our stay (expected after 2 hurricanes) and Rich was there to supervise and make sure our stay was pleasant AND offered up a wonderful dinner to a FANTASTIC steak restaurant for our slight inconvenience. Again, the home was terrific. Clean, accommodating, close to all that Bradenton/AMI/Sarasota has to offer and then some. I cannot speak highly enough about Anchor Down. We will be rebooking for another trip soon. THANK YOU. Jan Conrad

Yes I did send you an email with our comments regarding the fact that you want to charge us $150 for a late check out for approx 2 hours. Being the case we will not be coming back to the house in Feb as planned and not be asking to take over our rental on Anna Maria . Very short sighted no flexibility especially as I known the house is free next week. I also went out of my way to not use booking .com and came direct to you to save the fees you have to pay them . I have 26 properties in Berlin that I rent out and know the unnecessary charges you are forced to pay to use these booking platforms. So yes feel let down and will not recommend you to our friends either. Sorry

House was very clean and we had an enjoyable stay! One of the sliding glass doors to the pool was difficult to lock and unlock. Ants in the house even though we were extremely careful not to leave any food out or open. Anchor Down did come and spray but the house could use a thorough treatment. Lovely area around the pool!

Cannot say how much we appreciate your service. We had our accommodation (with Vacasa) cancelled after hurricane Helene, we rebooked with you and then Milton struck. Our flights were cancelled twice but you changed dates without question. Excellent and the property Blue Heron was (despite Milton) was spotless and the minor damage by Milton was rectified quickly.

We are extremely appreciative of Anchor Down for their diligent work in getting the Plantation House ready for us after Hurricane Milton! The property manager, Rich (I think that was his name), and the maintenance team were a joy to interact with! Even though the pool area was not available (due to the storm), we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend staying here!

The property is beautiful and kept in pristine condition. It has all the amenities and more than a family would need and want on vacation.
