The unit is beautiful and comfortable! Loved it!! Only suggestion is new beach equipment - there was no working umbrella so we bought two and left them. The chairs are rusted and suddenly fall back and need to be replaced.

This was a really nice and quiet neighborhood. I like that it was really close to the beach, about 10 minutes. I like the property Sea Salt Retreat, and recommended people to stay there. Thanks!

Super clean and safe neighborhood. Location is excellent - just a few mins to the beach, about an hour to see a Tampa Rays game and less than 10 min drive to several restaurants. The closet has plenty of beach items including chairs, share tent and wagon. Excellent stay, we loved it here.

Cookware needs replacing, finish has been scratched off on most pieces. Owner needs to rethink which closet to store personal items. Kitchen pantry would have made it a little easier. Loved the house, loved the bay, loved the pool. Very nice home

Our family stayed at the House of Palms from 7/10/24-7/15/24. We greatly enjoyed our stay and it was great that they had everything we needed for any daily plans such as the beach, etc. Would definitely stay again when we visit the area!

I rented 732 Hillcrest for 2 nights. It was clean, the beds were very clean and overall, the house was very comfortable and as represented. You may want to check the plumbing in the master bath shower. The water in the shower backs up a good inch or two . Also, the sink in the hall bathroom was difficult to operate.

This was our kids first "airplane vacation" and we could not have asked for a better home to stay in! It is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need! We spent so much time using the backyard and playing pool. The kids were never bored and there was plenty to do for the kids and adults. The area was perfect and conveniently located by restaurants, activities, and gorgeous beaches. The property management team was super responsive and checked in on us. The kids are already asking when we can return to The Blue Iguana!

We enjoyed our short stay at Cappy’s. The house was equipped with MBR foam mattress and extra items such as toiletries and linen that other Airbnbs we visited did not have. However, we found essential amenities missing, such as MBR did not have a mattress zip cover (worried about bedbugs), only (1) a FOAM cooler instead of sizeable hard plastic, (4) beach chairs, although the house accommodates eight people, and (1) one small umbrella instead of a tent.
