House was very clean and we had an enjoyable stay! One of the sliding glass doors to the pool was difficult to lock and unlock. Ants in the house even though we were extremely careful not to leave any food out or open. Anchor Down did come and spray but the house could use a thorough treatment. Lovely area around the pool!

The home is beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our stay! Could use some steak knives and the living room carpet really needs cleaned other than that it was great!

Cannot say how much we appreciate your service. We had our accommodation (with Vacasa) cancelled after hurricane Helene, we rebooked with you and then Milton struck. Our flights were cancelled twice but you changed dates without question. Excellent and the property Blue Heron was (despite Milton) was spotless and the minor damage by Milton was rectified quickly.

Great stay! Very clean house, with a bunch of fun games and activities. Always a plus when they welcome the family dog as well.

We are extremely appreciative of Anchor Down for their diligent work in getting the Plantation House ready for us after Hurricane Milton! The property manager, Rich (I think that was his name), and the maintenance team were a joy to interact with! Even though the pool area was not available (due to the storm), we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home. I would definitely rent it again. They asked for us to run a load of sheets before we left however there is no laundry detergent. Usually the rental has a starter. We did no laundry so did not but any

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. The pool area was great and we spent a lot of time hanging out there. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. **Just a note, not a complaint...there is/was a water leak at some point in the ceiling above the dining table that you may want to check on just so it doesn't cause more damage** We would use your company again if in the area.

We loved this place! It was perfect for my family of 5 (three boys ages 7,4, and 1), my in laws and my brother in law and sister in law. The location is amazing. Everything we needed was here and more! Games to play, towels, a baby pack n play, all kinds of seating options and the best pool and outdoor area.

Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay one day short. We left this am around 9:30. As mentioned earlier, my husband isn't well and he took a bit of a bad turn. I'm sorry we had to leave. I am certain you will find the house in excellent condition. I couldn't find any more garbage can bags. I also took the garbage can to the curb. I washed the towels and bathroom rug and put them away. All the dishes are clean and put away. The theater room is an excellent addition to your home. We spent most of our time there. One night, as we were watching a movie, the picture on the wall almost fell. One of the hangers broke. I put the broken piece on the kitchen counter.
