This house is fantastic! We absolutely loved our stay and we are recommending it to all our friends and family!!❤️❤️

The house was nice. Lots of fun games to keep you entertained. I wish the house was cooler (air had to be kept at 72 degrees) and the pool could have been cleaner (lots of debris from a neighbor’s tree).

Great location, Super clean.

We had to fill the pool daily until the pool guy came and filled it for 2 hours. The pool was very cloudy when we first arrived at the house. The toilet by the double bedrooms didn’t always flush because the valve slipped off so we had to fix it a few times. The ceiling air vent by that bathroom needs dusted or changed as it was very dirty. There was a hole in the wall by the pool table when we arrived so we let vrbo know right away. The grill needs thoroughly cleaned as there was a build up of grease so we had a grease fire and even used aluminum foil for our corn and hot dogs which weren’t greasy. There were no fitted sheets for the sofa bed that we could find. The clock by the pool table is not correct so batteries or whatever need replaced. The internet was very crappy for us so the TVs did not work for over half of our stay and our one family member tried to work from the house but had to hot spot his phone because the internet was very poor. We enjoyed the family time but definitely some minor things need corrected with the house.

The home was vacation ready with all the home supplies already here, clean and ready to enjoy a relaxing week.

We stayed at the Farm House in Bradenton. The house was perfect for our stay. Well kept, clean and comfortable. We are looking to come back again next year but possibly a larger home. Anchor down has beautiful homes available, they are my choice for staying in the Sarasota area! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Thank you so much for the Aloe after we saw one of the owners and informed him of how burnt we were and how crabby our kids were to go out and get some Aloe! Thank you for having it delivered. It meant so much to us!

The house was superb. The set up, the amenities were excellent.

We had a great time and enjoyed the house a lot. The space was perfect for our group and it made us feel like we were in a tropical place on vacation the entire time without having to fly out of the country.
