Our family stayed at the House of Palms from 7/10/24-7/15/24. We greatly enjoyed our stay and it was great that they had everything we needed for any daily plans such as the beach, etc. Would definitely stay again when we visit the area!

I rented 732 Hillcrest for 2 nights. It was clean, the beds were very clean and overall, the house was very comfortable and as represented. You may want to check the plumbing in the master bath shower. The water in the shower backs up a good inch or two . Also, the sink in the hall bathroom was difficult to operate.

This was our kids first "airplane vacation" and we could not have asked for a better home to stay in! It is beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need! We spent so much time using the backyard and playing pool. The kids were never bored and there was plenty to do for the kids and adults. The area was perfect and conveniently located by restaurants, activities, and gorgeous beaches. The property management team was super responsive and checked in on us. The kids are already asking when we can return to The Blue Iguana!

We enjoyed our short stay at Cappy’s. The house was equipped with MBR foam mattress and extra items such as toiletries and linen that other Airbnbs we visited did not have. However, we found essential amenities missing, such as MBR did not have a mattress zip cover (worried about bedbugs), only (1) a FOAM cooler instead of sizeable hard plastic, (4) beach chairs, although the house accommodates eight people, and (1) one small umbrella instead of a tent. Lastly, there is no range hood to fan out when cooking bacon or oven. Also, have cleaning service do a final check on refrigerator filter lights red warning to We enjoyed our stay at Cappy’s. Amazing place to stay

We loved Cortez Cabana! It is beautiful and well-equipped with everything you need. We didn't want to leave, and if the home had been available, we would have extended our stay. Anchor Down was very quick to respond to any questions we had. My only suggestion when renting is to bring bug spray for the no-see-um bugs. They love some people and don't bother others. My husband's legs looked like he had chicken pox, my son had a few bites, and nine of us had no bites at all. The pool guy suggested we go to Ace Hardware and get spray for them, which worked well. We will definitely be using Anchor down in the future and can hopefully stay in Cortez cabana again in the near future

The rental property and its location are amazing! It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was so relaxing to wind down after a busy day of exploring the beaches and other local attractions. Customer service is top notch as well! Our family will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great house for getting after the fish. And completely convenient and comfortable when you get back.

Very clean and lovely home. Could use some updates to second bathroom and bedroom with two beds. Change out tvs to be Roku tvs with one remote. Add some beach toys (boogie boards, canopy, etc.). Pool was fantastic. Would stay again but would prefer to be on AMI next time. Very convenient location and good customer service with company.
