You guys were great! Any issues were addressed immediately and we were made to feel important.

Bathtub/shower in 2nd bath still draining slowly. Did use an entire bottle if Drano to try to clear it. Will need to have plumber attend to asap. Did not want to have to wait for plumber during our vacation or have someone come in while we were out of house due to dogs staying with us.

Awesome place and great location. White sand beach is only a walk across the street. The trolley stop is literally stops behind the back yard (runs every 20 minutes) and can get anywhere on the Anna Marie island within minutes. Kids love the pool. Office is very responsive and take care of any issues ASAP.

This vacation home was really nice. It was well stocked when we got here (i.e. with handsoap, dishsoap, laundry soap, etc). It was clean and modern, tastefully decorated and the layout was great. The management was very responsive to all of our questions.

Great location, great size house and great pool

The home was fantastic, and we LOVED the pool area! The house had easy access to AMI beaches and was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked too. Our only complaint was the beach chairs are in need of an upgrade. Two of the chairs could not be used, and we ended up buying a chair to get us through our week at the beach (which I donated to the house when leaving) :-). We would definitely stay in this house again!

Loved the layout & open concept. Master bath is amazing. It was great for our large group. Didn’t rate 5 stars because house isn’t as well maintained as we would’ve expected. I have made the management company aware of a several things that need to be repaired: baseboard that peeled off near the game room, holes in the walls behind door handles, (yellow) grease on the vent hood. Not enough pots & pans & what are there are badly scratched & need to be replaced.

Need to repair the screen next to the seating in the porch. Should disclose cost of heating pool upfront and issue to getting whirlpool to work. Need better customer service response. Rest of comments provided in VRBO review.

Great location. Fantastic beach. Good price. Easy biking to everywhere on the island.
