Awesome home near the beach and stores. House was clean and had everything you could want

This home is absolutely charming with a beautiful old Spanish vibe. The tile floors are stunning and add so much character. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to feel at home. The outdoor pool area is perfectly set up for relaxing and is truly Instagram-worthy — I spent many peaceful mornings out there sipping coffee in the sunshine. The beds were very comfortable, and the area was quiet while still being conveniently close to downtown shops, the marina, and great restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return!

House was new and fabulous. We knew about the construction ahead of time, but the loud noise was quite annoying starting at 8:00am and lasting all day (even Sunday) so hard to enjoy the amazing backyard and porches during the day (we understand this is temporary too). A few minor suggestions: 1. Indoor/outdoor rug in entry by front door (floors get slippery if sand or water get on them) and dirt tracks up the stairs easily. 2. Maybe add pizza delivery suggestions to the Welcome binder 3. Coasters for the porch tables would be good and help preserve the integrity of the wood. These tables seem to absorb moisture and I could see them getting ruined quickly. 4. At some point some small side tables and lamps with soft lightbulbs in the living room... the only light was the bright overhead light or not to have a light on. 5. Hand towels needed in the 1/2 bath downstairs. Again, the house fit our family of 5 perfectly and was fabulous with comfortable beds and everything we needed. These are just small suggestions - esp for longer term renters.

We enjoyed our stay since it was a family holiday gathering. Our expectations were based on our experience renting homes in this price range on Airbnb, and we were disappointed. Your staff was lovely, but the texts received prior to our visit were confusing. We were given offers to have the pool heated on arrival, but we had already paid for that service in our contract.

We had the best stay. We appreciate the location, cleanliness and communication with Anchor Down and especially Rico. It was a great stay and we would for sure book with you all again.

Wonderful house! The heated pool and hot tub were exactly what we wanted along with the boat dock out back. We would definitely come again.

House is big and accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. Pool door needs fixing and one light in pool flickers on and off....other than that, we had no issues.
