The house was beautiful. The location was great! We had two small glitches. We checked in late Saturday night. The wifi was not working. I had to wait until Monday morning for the office to open. I reported the issue and was told I needed to re-boot the router once I was back at the house. Seems a little crazy to have the renter take care of this. I would think someone from the office or maintenance crew could handle it. I took care of it myself. The other issue was we had people that were going to sleep on the murphy bed in the office room. They got the sheets out to make the bed and the sheets had been folded up wet. We had to wash the sheets Saturday night before we could go to bed. That really shouldn't happen. Other than those two issues, everything was very nice.

Absolutely amazing stay !! The home was very clean and beautiful! We had the best stay ! I would recommend putting pool on the property if there's any way .

It was great for our family trip! Great spot for families because of the safety, pool, and splash pad.

Loved our house! Beautiful location. It was perfect for our family of 3.Only thing was that the can opener didn’t work. The blender didn’t work. And the beach supplies in our garage were very rusty and the beach umbrella broke on us from the rust. These are all easy fixes and we managed just fine.

We stayed at Waterfall retreat. Beautiful property, has everything for a great beachy vacation, rght down to all beach equipment and towels; or you can stay in and enjoy the awesome pool and hot tub out in the screened lanai. Anchor Down personnel are responsive to issues and sent techs to service anything we needed promptly.
