We had a great time! The house was clean and fully stocked with kitchenware and toys/games and books for the kids! There was compete local guidebook at the house for restaurants and things to do with the family. The pool and backyard were beautiful! My kids had a great time and we would absolutely book with Anchordown again.

the host gave us wrong wifi network and password which got us off to a bad start. the host manages about 600 properties and the personal touch ifs absent.

I would like to start with how absolutely beautiful this condo is. We loved staying here, and will be back again. I do have some comments. Upon arrival, the apartment was maintained, albeit uncomfortably warm at 78 degrees. However, we were dismayed to discover the unhygienic state of the comforter and sheets, necessitating immediate laundering. Despite the inconvenience, I diligently pre-treated and washed them twice to get them clean. Additionally, due to the chilly nights, I retrieved a blanket from the closet, which also required laundering. We did not use the oven, but the top door was broken and it would not close leaving the oven light on continuously. You may want to have the thermostat looked at. Every time we turned it on, it ran to 78 degrees. We left it off most of the time because of this issue. The departure protocol, requiring an early start to strip the bed, initiate laundry, wash dishes, tidy the space, and meticulously arrange pillows as per initial placement, was unprecedented in my travel experiences. Nonetheless, I adhered to these instructions, aided by photographic documentation upon arrival and departure to ensure compliance. With this said, Our overall stay was otherwise enjoyable. We truly would love to stay here in the future.

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood and offered plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay. However, on the first day of our stay, we reported a plumbing issue (the master bathroom toilet leaks a good deal of water at the base EVERY time you flush). We were told maintenance would come to fix it, but alas, no one came. Also, an exterminator should be brought in.

Truly a lovely home. Clean neat and just about every amenity available.

House very well stocked. Enjoyed our stay, house very comfortable and lanai wonderful. We had to purchase teaspoons as none here. One suggestion the queen bed needs to be looked at as makes noise when getting in and out. Believe frame or springs. Mattress pads need to be washed between guests as do not appear clean. One bed has no mattress pad.

Everything was great. House was in great shape and Anchor Down was very responsive.

We loved our stay here. The outside area was amazing and we spent most of our time out there. We had a few minor issues with the guest house. One of the cabinet doors in the bathroom fell off and the faucet handle in the tub is really loose and comes off easily. Also the outlet in the guest bed bath room doesn’t work. The bed room over the kitchen.
