The property was beautiful, however, there were wet towels in the dryer when we arrived, and there weren't any kitchen garbage bags . The beds were very comfortable, the game room was exceptional, and the hot tub and pool were delightful.

Kitchen was well stocked. Beach supplies were welcomed! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and closeness to the beach. We noticed water coming up from the tiles in the laundry room. Very nice, clean place to stay.

House was very nice and clean. Very well decorated.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coral Breeze, a well-designed home in a quiet neighborhood and on a canal, a new and interesting experience for us. The layout of the house was excellent, enhanced by a nicely-equipped galley kitchen, a beautiful pool table, and floral landscaping that offered privacy around the covered pool. The house was conveniently located for our daily activities, which spanned from St. Petersburg to Sarasota and in between, and relaxing to come back to each day. We were glad this rental was available for our vacation in Florida. A few repairs and updates would be a plus (TV in second bedroom would be nice!). For those who like riding horses, C-Ponies is only 20 minutes from the house. Albert (with Anchor Down) was in contact with us to confirm our arrival and and departure, and was always available to answer questions about the property, which we much appreciated.

This is a perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants and the best beaches. The bungalow is beautiful and equipped with everything you’ll need. Communication with the rental agency with easy & response time was great. We will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved the home. It accommodated all our needs. Location was great.

The Farm House is one of the nicest places we have ever rented for vacation. It was very spacious, Immaculately clean, abundantly stocked with anything you might need, had comfortable beds and a gorgeous pool and yard. Proximity so close to the beaches and several parks. The ONLY 2 things I would add to this home is a bathroom on the lower level and a TV in the upstairs bedroom that doesn't have one. We plan on returning to this property on our next vacation to Bradenton.

Good morning. We checked out and the cleaning lady came in after us. We would like to thank you for the accommodation, we liked everything. We would like to add that there was no electric kettle or cutting board in the apartment. They were sorely missed. Have a good day!
