We had an amazing stay!

We loved staying at Jerry’s Gem! The home was clean and had everything we needed! Toys for the kids to play with and also for the pool! The house has ceiling fans but we did buy small fans for the bedrooms because we like the extra circulation and noise for sleep. It could use some updating to some of the furniture but otherwise all good!

Loved the location. Comfortable beds and furniture! Great water pressure. Great neighborhood for walking and riding our bikes!Things that need to be addressed: the outlet in the primary bathroom is connected to the light switch so when the switch is turned off, the outlet is off. The nightlight was plugged in there but obviously wouldn't work and when my toothbrush didn't charge, we figured out why.The ice maker flap is not working. Mel came by to do repairs on that and was ordering a new part. We just grabbed ice from the bin but wanted to mention it here in case it hadn't been fixed yet.It would be great to have chlorine tabs or whatever chemicals are needed for the hot tub if guests are staying longer than a week. The water in the hot tub became dirty easily. Someone came by around the 3rd day we were there with chlorine tabs. But when I called again to see if someone could come by, no one ever did.

The faucet handles in the master bedroom en suite bathroom leaked. (Someone should take a look at that.) And it would be wonderful to have another bathroom on the other side of the house maybe near the washer and dryer.This is a wonderful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wave from it all was a great place to relax and enjoy some down time. Our group of 6 fit perfectly. There was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating by the pool, where we spent most of our time. Kids/Adults enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. Nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the beaches. We used the grill but it is need of replacement. And we could not get the firepit to light. Beds were comfortable and overall it was a very relaxing vacation.

The home was great - would rent again!

The place inside was very nice but the building was still recovering from the hurricane. Pool and area surrounding it was almost unusable

The home is advertised with tv's in all bedrooms. Only the master has a tv. Disappointing for an 18yr old who has his own room but has no tv. Also, one hand towel in master bath. Not enough towels, period. No hand towel in the half bath. Had to take a dish towel from the kitchen in there.

Loved our stay, beautiful clean home- very thoughtful in what was provided in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Hot tub and pool were great, pool heater worked very well. Super close to IMG Academy, was literally one left turn and a straight shot in under 10 minutes. Easy, quick drive to Anna Maria Island. Beach towels and beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, boogie boards were all available for us to use. We would definitely stay again for our next IMG event and recommend to anyone coming in for an event at IMG!

The house was fabulous, thank you for a great week. One suggestion - a small first aid kit would have been great to have on site. We had a scraped toe at the pool at the pool and had to get everyone out to drive to the drugstore. Not the end of the world, but would have been helpful.
