Everything was wonderful. We all loved the pool. Customer service was quick and all issues were resolved which were minor. The house was only a 10 minute drive from white sand turquoise water beaches. The only few things we would recommend is a new grill. The grill did not work effectively and was tricky to get going. It would be helpful for there to be either a guest book people can sign for recommendations or something in the binder for places to eat or visit. The pool was heated which we paid for but was not ready when we got there at the heated temperature. We do understand it takes a little to warm, but would be nice if it started heating up at checkout. Otherwise then a few issues we would highly recommend. This is my first time renting through this rental agency by airbnb, and I will keep it at the top of my list for next year. Thank you so much for everything!

Only issue is parking our boat trailer. We need to move it due to yard man coming with no idea when he is coming. We don’t mind moving it bout don’t want to sit around our last day waiting on yard man to come. It won’t fit in driveway. Thanks

I can say nothing negative about this home or the rental agency. They were very quick to respond with any questions I may have had. Property is exactly as described. King bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in my whole life! Pool/spa were perfect. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you!

Easy and no hassle arrival!

My 3 year old sat on a dining room chair and a leg broke. Many of the other dining room chairs seemed unstable. Otherwise the house is great!

Overall this house was great and fit our vacation needs perfectly, we loved the open concept and loved that it’s been updated. However, we were extremely disappointed that we did find roach looking bugs in the silverware drawer in the kitchen on 2 separate occasions. Secondly, the pool was freezing and not swimmable! This was so disappointing to the kids and I spent the extra $1000 to have the pool as I was looking at another property in this same development that didn’t have a pool and I would have saved myself ALOT of money. The community pool was beautifully heated and we swam there instead. Just wish our private pool was usable!

The house was great- easy to access beach, trolley, or resturants and enough space for 3 adults and 2 small kids. Our only issue was the stairs- my 6 yo got confused at night and instead of entering the room with double beds fell down the stairs and hurt herself. Not the propertys fault- but maybe a clear marker between the 2 doors would help prevent injury

We loved the Ocean Star! It was a quiet location, yet easy to get to restaurants and shopping on the island. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well-appointed. The Anchor Down staff was very responsive and took care of any concern promptly.

We loved our stay. The home was very clean and had many amenities that were helpful like fans, extra beach towels, coffee makers, plenty of pots and pans and a fabulous view. The pool was well maintained and warm for the kids to swim once heated. There was a game outside with a metal circle on string. The string kept breaking so I hung the metal ru g on hook. The string will need to be replaced. It was getting very thin and I couldn’t tie it again.
