Needed more washcloths and when instructed to strip beds and start washing machine there was NO detergent!

The house was great! We especially loved the garage game room and all of the beach gear that was available. We did expect that the hot tub would actually be hot (even when pool wasn't heated)... maybe that's naive on my part?! One suggestion (not a complaint) is about bed pillows. I searched all the beds for a pillow that wasn't so full as I'm a back sleeper. After the 1st night, I ended up with 2 throw pillows in a pillowcase. Some variety of bed pillows would be nice instead of all the same.

The house was good, just the sitting furniture was not too good when watching TV at night. Also one of the beach chairs was broken.

This rental has been a great experience for us. I have rented many vacation homes that were nice but the cost to stock the home for the week with essentials is costly and wasteful with what you haven’t used forced to dispose of. For us we were not here for vacation but to take care of and visit with our father. Having the house stocked with toilet paper paper towels laundry hand soap and dishwasher pods trash bags hand soap etc was very nice and helpful. The house itself is very nicely set up and clean. Beds are very comfortable. When I return to this area I will definitely stay off AMI and try to stay here again if available. You have a beautiful pool and large patio area to enjoy the Florida weather and visit the beach if you like because it is just a few minutes away. Thank you for your attentiveness and great customer service. It was a pleasure working with you.

Overall, the unit was tasteful and nicely furnished. It was very pleasant to sit outside on the balcony.However, the dining room chairs had been changed out from the online pictures. As a result, they were very uncomfortable due to no padding.The bath towels could be of a higher quality; they were a little thin. In the kitchen, there definitely needs to be more plastic storage containers. And the only coffee mugs were too big.

The home on Turtle Bay Terrace was wonderfully comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had two issues while there each was handled promptly. Thanks very much!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was comfortable. Because of our age the bunk beds was difficult for us. The blue lamp in the living room is not working and I spoke to Albert about the stepfrom the lanai going to the dock. I must say that Anchor Down's service and people were top notch.Thank you.Carl and Carol Nicolosi

The house was great well stocked kitchen … pictures ver accurate - our only issue with heated pool it took over 2.5 days to heat. Maybe when someone wants that u should consider coming in and starting it two days before arrival so it can be the temp that paid for? I’m not sure how but yes that would be our only complaint since we paid and only used the one day. Sunday.
