We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Farmhouse home! Everything was just as stated and expected ! What a lovely place and area. So close to everything. Cannot wait to stay here again! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Iguana, the home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool and back yard was lovely and we spent a lot of time there. The only complaints we have are that the hot tub was dirty and smelly when we arrived, there was no charcoal for the bbq, and one of the pool ques was broken when we got there.

It is a very nice home. In the master bathroom, it would be nice to have hooks to hang up your towels. Also fitted sheet in master bedroom was dirty. The garbage disposal did not work. My husband fixed it. It would be nice if we could change the temperature because it was very cold, but everything else was great. Thank you so much.

Our stay was excellent! Enjoyed the property. Everything was great. The only issue was the coffee pot. We were still able to use it, but some of the parts were lose/broken from the filter.it was that way when we arrived.

We enjoyed our time at the Cortez Cabana. The home is beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family! We appreciated the thought put into everything. We loved the open space and double living rooms for us to watch tv and the kids to watch theirs in the other. The kitchen was huge and we used all the seating at the table and island! It was perfect! The labels on the cabinets and drawers were an added plus and helpful. The dishwasher needs repaired as it leaked the first few times we used it. The beds on the north side of the house that were advertised to have a queen bed in each of them were smaller than a queen and were not comfortable ATALL. Several of us did not sleep well the entire time. We had to keep a towel down on the floor in front of the master shower whenever someone showered as water leaked and puddled on the floor. The master shower does not drain well at all and the water fills up while showering. The kids were the only ones to enjoy the pool a few times as the temp of the water was cold even though we paid extra for a heated pool. It would be nice to have an extra bedding set and a few extra comforters or thicker blankets! All in all we enjoyed the home, the layout, the space, the neighborhood and the location!! Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful home!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Lots of great things about this rental: Quiet neighborhood, most well stocked kitchen seen in a Vrbo, open floor plan, pool/hotub area next to causeway, sunset and water view from back of home. Things that could make it better: Upgrade in towels,sheets and bedding. Lamps in every bedroom, shutters or curtains to block light in all bedrooms, added sofa for second seating area facing pool/and waterway,” Great location off main road with other amenities nearby and easy access to beaches.
