When we arrived we had a couple of issues and our Anchor Contact Benjamin took care of everything and made sure we were happy and enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely book with Anchor Down again.

Beautiful, well kept home. Nice amenities , house was just as described. Would definitely come back during the summer to enjoy the pool!

The home was great size and location! A few remarks: extra garbage bags at this price would have been nice as well as a few more non plastic nice glasses, mixing bowls and serving dishes. In general home just needs a bit of TLC for the price. Kitchen cabinets very unstable. Felt they could break at any moment. Also many backyard spot lights not working and just plan broken therefore a dark yard at night. Otherwise, we honestly had a great time! Will keep in mind for another family get together.

House was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly for the Thanksgiving holiday.

A single garbage bag was unacceptable for a five night stay of five persons and could have used more than two dishwasher tabs and more than one single kitchen hand towel. The entryway to Unit B was very dangerous and unacceptable . It is definitely a fall/trip hazard and needs to be addressed immediately for future guests.

The house and location are fantastic; the house is also well equipped with all kitchen needs so after the day's adventures you can cook and relax (great pool-yard setting). There 3 things I think could be improved to jump from a 4 to 5 star rating - and these aren't major: 1 - the mechanics of the pull-out couch in the room right off the stairs is broken. It appears the support bar is detatched. 2 - maybe in the "starter kit" include tin foil, saran wrap and/or some ziploc bags 3 - the communication leading up to our rental was etremely anxiety-inducing. I rented through vrbo and the communications was so limited that i was worried we were scammed. i had to ask a few times to get responses and then finally figured out who the actual rental managament company is to email them directly. We had quick service when we were having issues with the door lock - great job by a young man named Matthew. Perfect property for large families / large groups. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and gorgeous surroundings! Just letting you know that one of the barstools has a broken support, beach chairs are old and one was broken and pool floats were ripped. These are just little inconveniences and didn’t detract from a wonderful week. Janet G
