House very well stocked. Enjoyed our stay, house very comfortable and lanai wonderful. We had to purchase teaspoons as none here. One suggestion the queen bed needs to be looked at as makes noise when getting in and out. Believe frame or springs. Mattress pads need to be washed between guests as do not appear clean. One bed has no mattress pad.

Everything was great. House was in great shape and Anchor Down was very responsive.

We loved our stay here. The outside area was amazing and we spent most of our time out there. We had a few minor issues with the guest house. One of the cabinet doors in the bathroom fell off and the faucet handle in the tub is really loose and comes off easily. Also the outlet in the guest bed bath room doesn’t work. The bed room over the kitchen.

Lovely spotless house with everything we could possibly need. We took full advantage of hanging around the pool. Quiet neighborhood.

we had a great time. Everything was very thought after. A lot of very nice amenities like beach chairs, towels and more. The house was very clean with one exception: the dishes, and cookware, especially the silverware wasn´t very clean. some stuff was even filthy in the drawers. this is not a complaint, we just wanted to let you know for the next guest. Thank you for hosting us.

A very comfortable home that fit our large group perfectly. Good service and excellent location convenient to the beach. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc. provided. We would stay here again.

The house was great! There were a few things that had been damaged previously and I mentioned them when speaking with the gentleman who called on Friday morning. We also discovered a couple of other things that had been damaged, one of which we helped to temporarily repair - the joint cover on the flooring between the kitchen and back living room. It was fun to see the resident alligator of the lake behind the house. We fondly called him Fred. He was out front to the house next to us on Friday afternoon. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Excellent service and responsiveness. We found the oven not to be working, and they sent someone to fix it within the day. Also checked in after to make sure it was all set.

Albert and Kristi were very helpful answering any questions. We really enjoyed the house and the heated pool.

Check in was an unfortunate experience, however, you made up for it with some lovely gifts. We would suggest a kettle, a couple of coffee pods and Kleenex
