The property was beautiful. Amenities were wonderful. We wish the pool was warmer. We will strip only one bed as my wife and I only used one bed.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the home. It provided everything we needed, for the most part. I was happy to have beach towels and chairs available for our use. We enjoyed sitting around the pool and deck. However, there were a few things that were disappointing: The lighting in the master bedroom was terrible. There was only one floor lamp with a low watt bulb. The nightstands had no lamps on them. The wands on the blinds did not work. The only way to enjoy the view was to lift them, which was not an easy task. There was no wine bottle opener. We had to buy one. There were no pads on the lounges by the pool, as shown in the photos.

Our two week stay was excellent. This unit seemed brand new, was impeccably decorated and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and our dog. When we asked if there was a vacuum in the property or a mop, they went out and bought both and delivered to the unit. The subdivision is under construction, but honestly, it didn't really bother us. The unit has 4 balconies and it just added on to the living space and provided a wonderful place for our dog to get some fresh air without having to go downstairs and outside. One other perk is the elevator. We had an older family member staying with us and it was perfect for her to go from the bottom floor up to the 3rd floor bedrooms. It was also nice for our 11 year old dog that had a hard time walking down the hardwood stairs. This was the perfect place for our family to stay this trip and we would definitely stay again.

Your home very special! We loved how it sits on the water ... the wall of windows facing the scenic outdoors, the interior layout was great, and the incredible privacy of the backyard was especially nice. The two soft chairs were fabulous for just relaxing and watching the water go by. The remodeled decor was lovely, and the entire place was very clean and fresh looking. We would love to come again. It was a spectacular vacation. Thank you so very much!!!

We did not know the pool was heated; I had read that it was an option at an additional cost. The pool guy showed up and told us it was on and set by the owner. We did not use it due to the extra charge that we did not want to incur. The house was perfect! Love the way it was decorated and maintained. We will be looking again this summer, and this will be on the list for sure.

All in all, we are very pleased by your service and your property. The check-in process was a little confusing as the provided door code did not work. We were provided with an alternate code, then a few days later without notice that code no longer worked and the original code worked. A few things for your maintenance department: - the bathroom toilet frequently hangs up on the flushing chain causing the toilet to run. The same thing happened in the master bath, but only once in the month. These toilet flushers should be updated. - the shelf is falling off the wall in the master bedroom closet. A couple of support brackets are required. - there is a switch stem missing from the floor lamp in the master bedroom - we moved the porch furniture cushions indoor during our stay as they were very wet and unusable. It would be helpful to have some guidance on how to handle those cushions in this wet climate. Aside from those few things everything was perfect. These small maintenance things are meant for your information only, and do not affect my overall positive rating.

Anchor Down has been terrific. They responded quickly when I asked questions and even made sure there was a grill for us.

The condo was great. However, there was an odd smell in the master bedroom and en-suite during my stay. Two days ago I saw a viscose liquid coming from under the corner cabinet in the master bath. I wiped it up and looked under the cabinet. There is a dead rodent there. I believe this is the cause of the odd smell, the rodent has been decaying for weeks. I must say it is very unpleasant to realize I have been sleeping and breathing this air for a month. Can’t be healthy. I did not remove the rodent body since we leave tomorrow. You all can handle that matter.
