We had a great time in this house. There was enough dishes, towels, and space to spread out. The kids LOVED the pool and did not want to leave. I would definitely stay again with my family.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house is in a convenient location to the Anna Maria Island beaches. There are grocery stores and eateries nearby - less than 5 minutes from the home. The home was very clean and comfortable and the pool was delightful! The managers of the property were very good with their communication with us and even let us extend our checkout time by a couple of hours.

We loved the house. Comfortable. Everything we needed. ‼️Just a note: none of the clocks worked in the house, even the one on the lanai was broken. Please make sure they work for the next rental. Also there were lightbulbs out as well. We came in late in the evening from racing at Nathan Benderson Park and one garage light bulb was burnt out and it was too dark. Please replace for next rental.

The Farmhouse was a perfect stay for our family. Great location, close to IMG Academy, beaches, stores and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood.

A perfect beach house getaway with a fantastic swimming pool! Our stay at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The house itself was wonderful, offering spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a beautiful swimming pool that became the centerpiece of our vacation. We spent endless hours splashing, playing games, and enjoying refreshing dips under the sun. While we didn't have ocean views, the pool more than made up for it, providing a private oasis for relaxation and fun. The host was incredibly accommodating and ensured our stay was comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental. Highly recommended for those seeking a delightful poolside escape! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros; Home is a good value for the price. It’s in a great location. Easy access to beach and shopping. Plenty of space for folks to spread out or gather together. Rental and maintenance staff responsive. Pool is a nice bonus after a day at the beach. Kitchen has the majority of items you would need. Cons: House wasn’t ready by check-in time and items were left unfinished. Nothing serious, just inconvenient. Had several maintenance hiccups along the way that were addressed to the best of the staff’s ability. The home is definitely pet friendly. There is hair and plenty of it throughout the house. (Only a con if it bothers you).

The house was perfect for our family, I will say that dog hair is everywhere it was all over the master bedroom bed and pillows, bugs were a terrible outside but we managed to handle it with a lot of bug spray over all we will be returning to the area

Only complaint that I have is that the skimmer for the pool was dry rotted and was unable to skim the bugs out of the pool. By the time we were there for a week there were to many bugs to swim in the pool.
