Very clean and beautifully decorated! We greatly enjoyed our stay here

We loved our stay at this charming home — it had the cutest beach vibes and felt instantly relaxing. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the fun lights made our evenings outside such a treat. There were so many thoughtful amenities, and the location couldn’t have been better: close to several beautiful beaches and just a quick drive to IMG Academy. The only small downsides were the pillows not being very comfortable and a few floorboards with gaps, but overall we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back!

Would recommend a mirror in bedrooms!

The unit was lovely, comfortable and well stocked! The only feedback we would provide is, it would be nice to have ice cube trays, the pool did look a little dirty, and the shower hot water did not last very long. All minor details - we very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, location was perfect for the event we were attending.

Nice and cozy place. I would maybe suggest putting blinds or curtains on the pool door. Also, the bedroom window upstairs that faces the pool, has a pane that is loose. It was flapping in the wind during the cold front that rolled through and wind were blowing pretty good. I noticed the window pane has separated from the framein the lower left corner. Need to be adhered again.

We really enjoyed our stay in AMI. Communication and follow-up by Anchor Down staff was perfect and timely. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Comfy bed and great water pressure. Love the location. Walk to Bridge Street area full of restaurants, shops and bars. Live music, mini golf and such a fun environment.
