We really enjoyed the property and our stay. We had a couple issues that were addressed immediately which was great. The kitchen is well stocked with table ware and cooking pans. One thing we couldn’t find was extra kitchen trash bags, with 6 people staying we went through the kitchen bags quickly.

The house was perfect! Beautiful! Someone put a lot of thought into the details in this home! The decor and bedding was gorgeous. Everyone loved spending time in the pool. It really made us feel like we were at home here! Sad to leave!

The overall stay was good but there were a few things that we noticed during our stay. There were no sheets on the downstairs bed so we had to make it ourselves, the outside stair well post was busted in half, floor on enclosed back deck is giving way in one spot and the ceiling below it it coming apart, the grease from the grill wasn’t cleaned up when we first opened it to use it, there were stains on the dining room chairs, floor is coming up by the door in the dining room and in the bedroom with the bunks, the screen on the screen door in upper back deck is torn, floors were really dirty, and rooms were not set up as advertised (I.e. we never knew there were two bunks together and we didn’t know there were two queens together so we had to figure out a different way to arrange families) Again, these things did not ruin our stay but made it a chore to annotate to ensure we reported it because we were unsure if management knew of these issues. We didn’t want any of these things to be put on us.

The inside of the house was great! Very nicely decorated and beds were comfortable/clean! Was nice to have extra queen air mattress! The pool was warm, but hard to keep clean (lots of bugs and debris). The inside of the house had most everything we needed (towels, kitchen supplies, plenty of dishes/pots/pans, some beach things but would be nice to have a big beach umbrella). The outside lawn chairs were very worn and two of the four back patio chairs ripped out from the seams while we were there. The biggest concern that we had was the sewer smell outside and coming from washer inside the house. Thanks for an overall great stay!

Duplex was really nice. Furnished well, very clean, comfortable beds and nice kitchen with sufficient supplies. A few things that would have made it better is mirrors in the bedrooms as we are adult women on a girls trip and that would have been easier getting ready. Also to have a Kureig coffee maker; and to have the TV setup to stream Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ and other streaming services where guests can sign into their own accounts to stream. We tried adding it through the internet but was unable to do so. I know you can’t do anything about this, but would have been nice to know there was construction going on in the lot right beside the duplex. It wasn’t horribly disturbing but did ruin the relaxing atmosphere from the deck and impossible to sleep in after 7:30 or 8:00am.

I typically woils rate this more a 3-star property, but I think we may of been the first guests of the summer so wanting to offer some grace to hopefully remedy some things prior to the next guest arrival. Location was good, close enough to town but not so close you felt unsafe. Seemed like a nice little neighborhood. Pool is MUCH smaller than the pictures appear. There is no heat to the pool, so when we came it was pretty cold. It did need some mid-week cleaning upon our arrival, but they responded right away so no issue there. The house has plenty of space to dine and I absolutely loved the colors, huge kitchen bar and the master shower (love, love). Ants seemed to be a big issue in the kitchen. When we pulled any appliance away, ants would flood. I tried to keep them controlled, but I had no success and we had to throw out a lot of food as a result (donuts, bread, some fruit, etc). Hopefully this is something they remedy for the next visitor. House is a little “choppy” in layout, but worked well for our family of 5 plus one other of 4. We didn’t realize that there are trundle beds on almost all - so FYI if you find yourself needing extra sleeping area. Appliances seemed to be brand new! Could use some extra chairs outside by the pool if your family is larger. The chairs, beach stuff in the garage was useful as well. I am not sure we will go back to this particular location, simply because we spent most our time in Anna Marie which seemed to be a bear to get from point A to point B with traffic during spring break, but if the location makes sense for you… this house is certainly a worthwhile option assuming you are ok with all above. Ps.. did I tell you I love the master shower!

We all loved the charming Bella Villa. The pool, Cabana and home were just what we were looking for. I had invited my daughters and a few of their older children to join me. I believe the cabana was rated very highly by them. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies towels for the pool etc. The location was great for walking into town for coffee etc. and going to the beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely with views of the river. Would definitely consider a return visit.! The loft full bed was too small for two adults to sleep on and too hard. We bought two air mattresses for them and left them for you. I would suggest a new queen bed. Also a dresser would be nice for each bedroom. The screw in the closet door was in need of tightening in the first floor back bedroom. And it was nice of you to give us a gift certificate to eat as the sink was clogged in the kitchen. We definitely enjoyed our two week visit and certainly would consider a return to stay again.

The place we rented on West Bay was very nice. The accommodations were clean and we enjoyed our time there. We would have liked if the two bedrooms had a dresser for clothing as we stayed a week and had to live out of a suitcase on the floor that was a bummer but everything else was fine.

The house was very well taken care and fully equipped. The minor issues we had were handled by John immediately mediately.
