Everything was great at this location, except for the pool. We paid a large sum to have the pool heated, however due to mechanical issues it wasn't heated for half the trip. I think a 50% refund for pool heating is in order - please advise. Secondly, the entry and exit of the pool (stairs) is hard to use for seniors - not mentioned in the ad - plus no shallow end.

This property was amazing! The location (near Pine St. and wonderful restaurants), amenities, bay view and pool were above expectation and Benjamin was terrific. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for a wonderful week! Cindi Lang

We would have been at 5 stars with just a few improvements. The refrigerator worked just fine but upon first look, was less than impressive with the freezer side rusted and peeling. A new one was delivered while we were there but wouldn't fit in the stair well so another was apparently ordered. That rust didn't happen overnight- should have been addressed earlier. Walls needed repainting and some corners re-taped with sheetrock tape. The toaster oven for making toast worked okay but a regular toaster would have been easier to deal with. Furniture was just okay but it was far from comfortable. On the other hand, the beds were great and so were the bathrooms-great showers! Air conditioning was fine too. Easy beach access as well as easy place to park. Overall, a good experience except for the Red Tide!

This is our third stay over the last four years in this unit, and we would love to come again, health permitting. We do have some comments that may improve the unit. First do you need a better mat or entry into the unit? The current one gets caught and it should be larger . Number two, should probably put a note on the dryer, asking people to remove the lint and not to throw out to the side which is a fire hazard. 3-there are two “smart“ TVs, which is great for someone who knows how to use them, but the one in the front cuts off after half an hour, and the other one can only be used if you remember of theater, Hulu, or Netflix. It kept asking to sign into the Internet, but there was no way to do it. It would help to either have very good clear instructions, or to reset it, so only it has certain channels.4-we never touch the air conditioner controls, but didn’t notice at night time in the bedroom. Sometimes it would get rather hot even though the unit was rotten.5-the registration tag for the rental on the front window of the porch is coming off.6-the porch light, and the lights on upon entry to the porch are not functioning.7-the iron is non-functional even though I tried it in different plugs.8-the protective pads on the bottom of the kitchen chairs are coming off9-it would be nice to have a four unit toaster rather than a two unit toaster.10-can you need to make some corrections in the looseleaf cover book such as the blinds do function by a cord, recyclable day is Tuesday, not Wednesday, and it would be nice to put information about the restaurants and attractions on AMI because the only thing in that book right now is things for Sarasota and areas outside AMI.11-the shower is nice but we nice to have a flexible hose. Also that can be attached to the head and are easily obtainable. The grab bar is good but it may help to have another one inside the shower. Please understand these are suggestions, and we appreciate the effort. Have you all to improve . The pool was great and again we would come back again if nothing is changed. The home is beautifully decorated and had just about everything we needed. This was our first time being “snowbirds” for 2 months and we LOVED it! Kristi was very responsive anytime we had a minor issue (internet, smoke detector chirping, mailbox key). The property and all the amenities are outstanding. We will definitely be back!

House and location were overall really great. There were a few things that were broken making me feel nervous that our family would be to blame. When we got to the house the electricity in the master bedroom was not working but it was promptly rectified.

Convenient to various points of interest. Had everything we needed. Clean and well maintained.

We enjoyed the place very much. It was a very nice quiet neighborhood.

It is a great place and we enjoyed our time there very much. The only less than positive comment I would make would be the need for a water softner.
