The home was great - our family really enjoyed our stay! The service was very attentive with any concerns we had… we would highly recommend this home!

Home was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Pool was super clear and heater worked great. Close to beaches. Would book again.

Amazing house, very comfortable, a joy in every way. Everything is organized to be thoughtful and considerate of the guests’ needs.

Overall we had a very good experience at the Holmes Beach Retreat. Anchor Down was very prompt about answering our emails both before & during our stay. The prompt response and fix for the light switch that wasn’t working was excellent. There are a few things we wished the condo had provided: some plastic containers for leftovers and for packing lunches for the beach; a few stationery supplies like pencils, notepaper/pad, and tape. Also, in the kitchen there were some large knives but no smaller paring or serrated knives. There were some smaller knife covers in the drawer but no knives in them. Otherwise we found the condo well equipped and comfortable.

The pool was not heated as requested. The heater was turned on after our arrival and we only had one day of where we could comfortably use the pool.

Anchor Down Property where very helpful when we asked to rent this property same day as we arrived. They even came to the house that same evening with extras to make sure we had everything. The home is beautiful inside and out. Very well maintained and in an excellent location! Only minus was that the beds were very "soft" - for a person with back-issues not the best to sleep on. But all in all - we had a wonderful stay!

Nice place, had the amenities we wanted, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. While this is not a new house, it is nicely decorated and plenty of room. We had an enjoyable time and would like to come back. Only issues are the master toilet seat is loose and needs to be tightened and I would recommend that if you come in February, while the days are warm, the nights cool the pool so would suggest paying for heating the pool.

Enjoyed our stay at 210 Haverkos Court. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria island and the location of this property was very conveniently located to trolly stops, restaurants and most importantly for me the beach. Property was well equipped with everything we needed. Ben was awesome to work with. Helped me from the start with booking the property to extending our stay due to cancelled airline flights. Would definitely use Anchor Down property management in the future!
