We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find this property! (Bloom Lagoon) It is located in a beautiful neighborhood-with houses and yards that are pristine. It has a circular driveway so it’s very easy to get in and out of the driveway-especially for unloading your car. The house was very clean and neat. The furniture was cozy and the big tv made for a relaxing time after the drive. The master bed was very comfortable and you can watch tv before you sleep. The pool is great and the water temp perfect!! We spent time outside there and kids would love it! There are cute chairs and we enjoyed a cocktail outside before dinner. The Bloom Lagoon directory gives lots of info on restaurants and beaches nearby. We’d highly recommended this house!

We were making our way from the Midwest to the Keys and planned a short stop in Bradenton. We stayed at the Bloom Lagoon & were delighted. It’s in a quiet neighborhood on the west side with nearby access to the beaches. It was charming, roomy & comfortable with a Coastal Living vibe. It was clean, shiny clean, & the design touches were exquisite. It had a casual elegance. We particularly loved the screened in outdoor pool and the privacy it offered. Tommy Bahama pool/beach chairs! The kitchen was well equipped & bathrooms were pristine. We hit the beaches daily. Try nearby Anna Maria & Coquina! Restaurants & retail therapy were close by as well. We extended our stay & it was lovely.

The ONLY thing that kept me from a five star rating was that the hot tub did not work. We did report and Colton came to fix it but to no avail. This was a disappointment to my arthritic bones

Great place ! Few suggestions: the pool needs lights - we felt like we would have enjoyed the pool at night if lit. I encourage a bike rack. It’s a wonderful house but the bikes chained to the carport ruins its curb appeal. The frying pans need to be replaced.

replace one of the pan's that doesn't work on tghe new stove... eating table on the veranda is missing everything else top.....

This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated with beach decor for a vacation rental. The kitchen is well equipped with every utensil imaginable, dishes, pots and pans and even an air fryer! We love the Sable Key community for morning and evening walks. The community pool during the week was like our own private pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay at this beautiful property.

We really enjoyed our stay in SeaSalt Villa, we do feel that the pool temperature was too cold especially with the drop in temperature over the last week as it’s solar heated. Maybe a facility to warm up besides solar would be good. Also water pressure seemed to be really low in the main shower. Overall though, it was a lovely property to stay in with great access to stores, restaurants and beaches and had everything we needed.The Fresh Market was great and our favourite store. The Bald Eagles that were roosting overnight in the large trees left of the pool was an added treat. We left some items for future guests to use at the beach or pool. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful home everything you need perfect location

This was our first experience with using anchor down vacation rentals. Unfortunately are timing coincided with hurricane Ian. Kristi was absolutely impressive in her customer service role. Kristi kept us informed and went above and beyond to deal with our enquiries and deliver customer satisfaction. Although common sense is an absolute when dealing with a hurricane situation. The reassurance from Kristi and practical nature definitely made the difference. I can only recommend anchor down rentals to handle those important vacation days you strive for each year. Thank you Kristi.
