Everything was fantastic

The sink in the hallway bathroom had an issue draining water.

Overall our experience at the Palma Sola property was great. I tried to reach out via email and phone call and received no return response during our stay. There were a few things that I needed to discuss but there was never a response.

We had a great experience on our vacation and with the home. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and nice! The pool was great, AC worked well, house was nicely furnished, had all the necessary amenities, and the beds were nice. The only negative aspect of the trip was the WiFi as it often went out or would not connect. Aside from this small thing our trip was perfect and I would highly recommend. If we come back would definitely consider this house! Thank you

We loved the home! Very clean and the pictures reflect the home well. The only issue we had was with the pool heater. We paid the extra money for the heater and it was set to 85 as expected. There must’ve been an issue with the heater because the unit apparently ran all night. Woke up Friday morning to a pool at 101. Way too hot for an enjoyable swim. I called the office and told someone what had happened. The unit was turned off and was off the entire weekend from Friday morning around 10am. The pool never reached less than 94 and here it is Sunday night and we just checked out. That is also way too hot and even dangerous for some to swim in. So, the house was absolutely great we just wish that we could’ve enjoyed the pool.

Amazing location, cute villa, nice cool Krystle clean pool in the back quite the paradise. Really only complaint is on the king size bed. The sheets are old and the fitted sheet is stretched out and it doesn’t stay on the bed and you wake up in the morning and it’s off the bed and you’re laying on the plastic mattress cover. Plastic mattress covers cause you to get really hot at night even with the sheet over it. Also, we had an additional person for the pull out bed in the living room and there was only a fitted sheet for that bed and no flat sheet or blanket blankets. At least there was a pillow as well. Lastly, we were told that there was beach towels for the beach and that there were six chairs. There’s only four chairs and no beach towels.Those things were a little disappointing. Everything else was amazing.

The condo was so beautiful! We were so happy with everything about the place! Soooo clean! The decor was so pretty! We appreciated the beach towels and chairs as we spent a couple of hours on the beach! If we are ever able to come back to this area we are definitely going to stay here again! I will recommend this place and rental company to our friends and family! Thank you

We had an amazing vacation at this home! We absolutely loved it. The home had everything we needed and felt so warm, cozy, and beautifully maintained. You could tell a lot of care went into every detail. The communication with the management company was exceptional, they were responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. We would definitely rent this home again. We truly loved it!

The stay was perfect. The house is close enough to walk to the beach even with a toddler. Everything was clean and well taken care of at the house! Couldn’t ask for a better experience! The help line was very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue and it was fixed very quickly.
