I'm not sure I can bring myself to rent a vacation property with you ever again. This is 2 years in a row that we had this issue with the same property. I never would have believed that you would get it wrong again.

Great location and set up.

The house is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more! My only recommendations would be a new couch, it is very broken in and uncomfortable, a new grill, ruined a whole meal because you can’t change the flame even when on low and grates are rusted and broken. Also when the pool pump keeps turning off the jets also turn off and the pool gets cloudy and bugs pretty quickly making it undesirable to swim in. Also I feel like the bedding( other than the sheets that the guests are supposed to wash) isn’t being washed after check out. Vacuum is FULL and tangled with hair and unusable. I would recommend inspecting after cleaners for thoroughness! Overall this was a great experience and we loved the house and all the memories we were able to create in it! We would rent again!

We loved our stay here! It was perfect in every way. Very clean and it really felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and the bed was so comfortable! The beach was a much closer walk that I expected so that made our trips a lot easier with our young kids.

Ten of us had a lovely stay! We did have to use a couple of blowups in order for sleeping arrangements to work out right. The pool was heavenly for the kids. The only thing we needed that we did not have was a cookie sheet. Great house Great time!! We’d come back in a heartbeat!

You should offer a vacuum to be able to use. Staying one week with no way to clean up.

Seaside Serenity was a great vacation house. It had plenty of space for our family of 6. We really enjoyed the pool and the games in the garage.The management company didn't follow up with several emails and requests before and during our stay. Other than that, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the house.

This was a very nice property. I would point out a few things needed for improvement.The wash cloths and bath towels really need replaced. ESPECIALLY the wash cloths. Theywere worn and dingy (dirty)looking.There were several ants on the guest bathroom floor. And lastly, the front grate on the bottom of the refrigerator needs a good cleaning. It was really dirty.There were some wasp nests on the ceiling of the front entranceway. Also many spider webson the screen around the pool. Leaves collected in the gutters should be removed on the back enclosure.All of these things are minor but if corrected would enhance the rental experience.

The house and experience with Anchor Down was absolutely flawless!!We stayed at Driftwood Dreams and it blew past all hopes and expectations that we had. The house truly was immaculate and outfitted with everything anyone would ever need for a stay by the pool and the beach!! The pool came with heat and was spotless!! In the storage bin were floats, goggles, dive toys, various balls and Frisbee, and a couple bigger floats outside the bin. Beach equipment was more than we needed: 5 or 6 chairs, wagon, umbrella, small shovel, sand toys, beach bag, canopy and a large wheeled cooler!!Honestly, we had one question about the check out process and it was answered immediately. Everything was so perfect for our family birthday get away, and we will be back, guaranteed.A final note!! Book with them directly!! We found the property on AirBnB, but wanted more information, so we located their site and booked direct. We saved a little over 200, and was so much smoother!! We will only book direct from here on out. Thank you Anchor Down for helping make this year's birthday trip absolutely perfect!! We'll see you again soon!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful comfortable and well planned out property .. location was fantastic and the island is a fun quaint little beach town … great way to celebrate our daughter ‘s milestone birthday with family !!!!
