Wir waren 8 Nächte in diesem fantastischen Haus. Es war alles perfekt, von der Lage über die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in den USA gemietet, aber so ein tolles Haus haben wir noch nie gehabt.Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute bis zur letzten sehr wohlgefühlt, wie zu Hause.Die Lage nur wenige Minuten von AMI entfernt ist toll, ein kurzer Spaziergang und man ist an der Bucht und am kleinen Hafen.Das Haus können wir mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Auch die Betreuung von Anchor Down Vacation Rentals ist sehr persönlich und aufmerksam.Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!

Thank you! We appreciated the early and late checkout. House had everything we needed. Only 2 issues to let you know about so the owner can look into.1- dishwasher needs to be secured. It tips forward when you open it. I had the same problem here in Illinois and it was an easy fix. One or two screws did the job.2- the master bath sink does not drain well at all. When you brush your teeth it's pretty gross for the next person because the sink is filled.I put a great review on vrbo....we absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. My family had an amazing time. Very comfy and relaxing. Each room having its own bathroom was a plus and everyone was able to escape to their separate area after a beautiful day together. The pool / beach supplies were an added plus!! We would definitely recommend families to stay.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the home. We think there may be an issue with the pool leaking as the water in hot tub area was down a lot every morning and had to be refilled taking quite a bit of time. We had a few nights where the home was too warm for comfortable sleeping. Last night, for example, after a long, very hot day at Nathan Benderson Park for our grandsons Canoe and Kayak National Competition, the house temperature was 78 degrees even though it was set at the temperature directed in the instructions. At midnight, it had dropped to 77. Those are the only two things that we feel may need worked on. Otherwise, it was a very wonderful home away from home.Thank you much!

The management team (especially Matthew) was very responsive, friendly and professional when we had an issue come up. We really appreciated that. The house was great and felt like home, just a few items to be addressed:Back door near the kitchen lock often automatically comes down, locking people outsideThe window in the full bath between bedrooms doesn't lockDrawers in kitchen often come off track, very had to get it back onDryer is very loud, needs repairAC still won't hold that great, often a 5 degree gap during the dayThank you for a great stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at an anchor down property again!

We had a great time in this house. There was enough dishes, towels, and space to spread out. The kids LOVED the pool and did not want to leave. I would definitely stay again with my family.
