The house was very clean like all of the pictures showed. The pool was prefect and location to the nearest beach, restaurants etc were great.

We had an amazing time and appreciate everything your team did to make it an enjoyable vacation. The house had everything that was advertised and then some! Terrific location and accommodations!

The house was beautiful inside. Had a little problem with the pool getting cloudy but the rental company was very responsive and got the pool people out and cleared up! A grill would have been nice! Even to pull out of the garage. Otherwise great!

The house was beautiful and spotless. We did have a little problem when we first got here the air conditioning did not work the first night. I called after hours and spoke to Matt he was very helpful and had someone out here the first thing on a Sunday morning . We just wish the house was a little closer to the beaches. Overall our stay as great!

We had a very nice time at this location. The house was conveniently located close to north and south AMI locations. The pool was great for the kids and close to Publix. We had 2 families here (10pple) and the house was a great size for us. The garage had a ping pong table and darts which was again fun for the kids. The coffee maker was not working well and they ended up giving us a new one just a day or two later which was great! He only negative is that the top deck is unusual space based on poop from pigeons ..it was really dirty and while we were hoping to see the sun go down, again, we couldn’t use it. There were also a pigeon or 2 up there when we walked up there. I’d recommend they enclose it to prevent birds and then you could use it. Other than that it was a great time and really nice kept home!

HelloOur family had a very good time! First family vacation with Adult children and grandchildren all together in a while.The house was wonderful, loved the signs and decorations. Game drawers were great .Could have used a little more seating , maybe add a love seat in the game room.Message chair is nice but more comfortable seating would be better.** Very important and. not sure the pool is up to code without a railing. We found it very hard to get in and out of the pool.** Also tub in small bathroom could use a tube matt, it is slippery.Plenty of towels and dishes.Mattress covers should not be plastic they make people sweat. They have ones with liners that are cotton, but have a barrier. ( if you're worried about kids wedding the bed).Thank you for the s'mores the kidsloved them!Also you have nice neighbors.Hope this review helps.Kind regardsMary Orlando

House met our needs for a family vacation. I would recommend having more paper supplies like paper towels and garbage bags. Pool was fantastic. Neighbors dog kept walking over (without a leash) and pooping in the yard. We did our best to pick it all up. Shower curtain in master bathroom has mold and should be replaced. Overall good experience and good location.
