This property was beautiful! I was originally scheduled for another property on Anna Maria Island but due to unforeseen circumstances, was unable to stay there. Anchor Down contacted me and offered this property instead. I was bummed not to be on the AMI, however after arriving, I discovered this was even better!! This gated community was safe and convenient with only a short drive to the beach. The pool and grills were also very nice! We were very thankful for the assigned and locked storage for each unit. We had brought a hitch mount cargo carrier that we stored in there. Not to mention the unit had everything you could possibly dream of!!! We will be back!

We had an amazing time! The home is beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need I highly recommend this property to family and friends!

I would say that the bathrooms need more towels and wash clothes as well as the kitchen

We loved staying at Jerry’s Gem! The home was clean and had everything we needed! Toys for the kids to play with and also for the pool! The house has ceiling fans but we did buy small fans for the bedrooms because we like the extra circulation and noise for sleep. It could use some updating to some of the furniture but otherwise all good!

Loved the location. Comfortable beds and furniture! Great water pressure. Great neighborhood for walking and riding our bikes! Things that need to be addressed: the outlet in the primary bathroom is connected to the light switch so when the switch is turned off, the outlet is off. The nightlight was plugged in there but obviously wouldn't work and when my toothbrush didn't charge, we figured out why. The ice maker flap is not working. Mel came by to do repairs on that and was ordering a new part. We just grabbed ice from the bin but wanted to mention it here in case it hadn't been fixed yet. It would be great to have chlorine tabs or whatever chemicals are needed for the hot tub if guests are staying longer than a week. The water in the hot tub became dirty easily. Someone came by around the 3rd day we were there with chlorine tabs. But when I called again to see if someone could come by, no one ever did.

The faucet handles in the master bedroom en suite bathroom leaked. (Someone should take a look at that.) And it would be wonderful to have another bathroom on the other side of the house maybe near the washer and dryer. This is a wonderful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A wave from it all was a great place to relax and enjoy some down time. Our group of 6 fit perfectly. There was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating by the pool, where we spent most of our time. Kids/Adults enjoyed the pool table and arcade game. Nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping and the beaches. We used the grill but it is need of replacement. And we could not get the firepit to light. Beds were comfortable and overall it was a very relaxing vacation.

The home was great - would rent again!

The place inside was very nice but the building was still recovering from the hurricane. Pool and area surrounding it was almost unusable
