Overall the property was very well equipped. Two things that could be better, furniture upholstery in family room and sitting area need to be cleaned…many spots and stains. Shower caulk and tile grout need to good cleaning/replaced due to mold.

We loved our stay. We had a couple of things we would like you to be aware of: we paid for a heated pool and it was not very warm, the water was pretty chilly the entire trip. Also, we rented for a week, with 10 people and only got 6 rolls of toilet paper. Typically we have always received enough toilet paper, dish soap and laundry soap. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The house well equipped, and the pool was very nice. The pool was serviced once a week, and the leaves were blown away once a week also. Beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order.

Everything was great. Our family of 4 loved the house and the pool. Couple things to make it better is to make sure all the towels are dry before putting them in the closet and add an umbrella with the chairs in the pool area.

Renting with Anchor Down was a joy from start to finish! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating! Their choice of homes is fantastic, something for every taste and for all kinds of different groupings. We rented Lake O' Woods and I felt like I was in a dream. The house was truly wonderful -- clean, luxurious linens, had two refrigerators and freezers, and was full of every type of beach equipment we could want. The pool area was very comfy and fun! And the lake in the backyard was outstanding - I spent hours watching the light play on the mirrored water and photographing the sweet ducks that call the lake home. I didn't want to leave. The home was really nice. The pool was nice once it got heated. The host was very helpful. We have stayed at VRBO’s before but just for a week and we had toilet paper, paper towels for that and we thought we would have more supplies since we were staying for three weeks. Didn’t even have any Kleenex. Over all it was a great place to stay!!

Thanks to Anchor Down for addressing all our inquires in a timely manner and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

Everything was great at this location, except for the pool. We paid a large sum to have the pool heated, however due to mechanical issues it wasn't heated for half the trip. I think a 50% refund for pool heating is in order - please advise. Secondly, the entry and exit of the pool (stairs) is hard to use for seniors - not mentioned in the ad - plus no shallow end.

This property was amazing! The location (near Pine St. and wonderful restaurants), amenities, bay view and pool were above expectation and Benjamin was terrific. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for a wonderful week!Cindi Lang
