replace one of the pan's that doesn't work on tghe new stove...eating table on the veranda is missingeverything else top.....

This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated with beach decor for a vacation rental. The kitchen is well equipped with every utensil imaginable, dishes, pots and pans and even an air fryer! We love the Sable Key community for morning and evening walks. The community pool during the week was like our own private pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay at this beautiful property.

We really enjoyed our stay in SeaSalt Villa, we do feel that the pool temperature was too cold especially with the drop in temperature over the last week as it’s solar heated. Maybe a facility to warm up besides solar would be good. Also water pressure seemed to be really low in the main shower.Overall though, it was a lovely property to stay in with great access to stores, restaurants and beaches and had everything we needed.The Fresh Market was great and our favourite store. The Bald Eagles that were roosting overnight in the large trees left of the pool was an added treat.We left some items for future guests to use at the beach or pool.Thank you for having us.

Beautiful home everything you need perfect location

This was our first experience with using anchor down vacation rentals. Unfortunately are timing coincided with hurricane Ian. Kristi was absolutely impressive in her customer service role. Kristi kept us informed and went above and beyond to deal with our enquiries and deliver customer satisfaction. Although common sense is an absolute when dealing with a hurricane situation. The reassurance from Kristi and practical nature definitely made the difference. I can only recommend anchor down rentals to handle those important vacation days you strive for each year. It was a beautiful house in a great location that was convenient to everything.

Great and lovely house! Grreat time!!!

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals! This one did not disappoint! The owner has thought of everything you could possibly want or need. We stayed here with our 2 granddaughters they enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel comfortable. The pictures of the house were exactly the way it was when we arrived. This house is top notch and we will definitely be booking again. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly want. The starter pack of essentials was there plus. Tons of beach towels for the pool, as well as plenty of towels for showering. Short drive to the beach. There was a lot to do in the area we kept a 11 & 10 year old busy all week. Our last night they wanted to go to bed early they were so tired.
