The house was amazing! Anchor Down made it very easy for a quick check in and check out.

The home in Cortez, Fl (Saltwater Serenity) was lovely. The home was well stocked with beach towel and linens. Televisions were everywhere inside and out. The check in process was seamless, and the property was very clean when we arrived. We paid the extra fee to heat the pool. The elevator was helpful especially when bringing in suitcases and groceries. I was very disappointed with the extra charge for checking in a little early especially with a two-week rental. It was somewhat off-putting to ask for additional funds if we checked in a little early as the unit was available. I would also like to suggest that some basic cleaning products are added to the home to encourage tenants keeping the place looking new. We added some cleaners and a dustpan which hopefully are left for future tenants. We really enjoyed watching a family of Manatees right off of our dock. Great location to get to any of the beaches on AMI.

House was very beautiful and clean. It had everything I needed. The best thing I loved about this house is that every room has its own bathroom. No need to share. Next to the beachI had a wonderful birthday celebrationI

We had a wonderful stay at the Mermaid Villa. The house had plenty of towels for the shower and the pool. The beds were all comfortable and the location was great! We loved the pool and the view of the canal! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great experience. The host was very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The home was clean well organized and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
