My family absolutely loved our stay! They had everything we needed and more! Our kids were in heaven saying this is the best place ever! We already decided that we will be booking here again next vacation!

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to everything.

Our stay was amazing! We needed last minute accommodations due to a problem with our initial dwelling and we couldn’t be more pleased with the lovely rental we acquired through Anchor Down. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Home was clean and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We had an issue with a smoke detector the first day and it was addressed and fixed promptly even though it was a Sunday morning and we really appreciated that.Pool area could use work. Outdoor furniture is falling apart and furniture cushions were mildewy. Would recommend new furniture without cushions. Skimmer was torn. Provided only two pool noodles that were falling apart. The outdoor umbrella is leaning so much you couldn’t walk underneath it without ducking.There was only one dish towel and no dish cloths or sponges. We had to run to store to pick those up. Also, when we got there, there was less than half roll of toilet paper in one bathroom, none at all in the other. We were provided with only about 10 paper towels.We were surprised that we had a 40 minute drive to the beach since the description said “minutes to the beach.”With that being said, we did have a great vacation but some of these details need to be looked at.

Your service was always fast and reliable.The toaster and toaster oven are well past their usefulness.For safety purposes I feel there should be a grab bar in the master shower.

The house was excellent overall. However the bed linens and pillows could use an update.

Pots and pans are worn, so are some finished in the house. Towel bar in bathroom is not secure in wall. Medicine cabinet hangs over sink so it’s hard to wash your face in the sink. Pool was not available first half of our stay and no word from the manager about it.

House was very tastefully decorated and tied together throughout. Layout was good with master bedroom/bath on one side and other 2 bedrooms/bath on the other. Kitchen was beautiful and functional. House was clean upon arrival with exception of one of the guest bedroom bed sheets were dirty and had to be washed by us before sleeping on them. Thermostat for ac/heat was a challenge to learn how to use. All digital. Pool pump/heater is in a terrible location being right on the outside wall of master bedroom bed headboard. Was awoken daily at 0500 by pool pump/heater turning on. Then had to listen to it run all day. Pool area was really beautiful. We didn't get to use pool until later in the week due to cooler weather and pool pump couldn't get water up to above 80°. We had to add water to pool to keep heater to work. There was black mold in the master bath shower, but not enough to request moving to another house. No other VRBO house required me to start the bed sheets before checking out. Weird. House location was great. Close to grocery stores, shopping, and Anna Maria Island. Overall, a very pleasant home and experience.
