Overall the home is what we were expecting and what we needed, furnished, comfortable and convenient! Couple of items for management to follow up: slow leak in and around the kitchen faucet, noise from the water filter in the refrigerator - still continues even after replacing filter & the interior side of shower curtain/master bathroom very mildew smell - needs cleaning. Thank you - and enjoyed our two weeks! Ed

We enjoyed our stay. Issue with heat was fixed quickly. Having beach towels, chairs, well stocked kitchen and linens were so helpful! Great area , the beach across the street was so nice!

A beautiful home in a very good location. We really enjoyed our family time together despite the cold weather.

Great place to stay for my extended family and I for a few days. The house has a few things that need to be fixed. Batteries in M.B. TV remote need to be replaced, towel rack in pool bathroom came off wall (looked like it was previously fixed), toilet in pool bathroom runs continuously at times, seal on dishwasher was loose, and water leaked out when run, blinds in the front bedroom don’t open, and the exhaust fan in the pool bathroom doesn’t work.

My family of 5 had a great stay. The house was well equipped with the necessities. My few suggestions are to equip the kitchen with food storage containers for leftovers. As a family of 5, we cooked a lot and found ourselves needing them. The kitchen sink is odd, and with little to no access to the dishwasher while doing the dishes, we found doing the dishes unnecessarily difficult. We LOVED the pool, hot tub and tiki area. It was very accommodating.Overall it was a great stay. We even had to extend our stay as our flight home was canceled due to weather. The management company was responsive, professional and very helpful with the necessary changes. We would definitely recommend this house, as well as, stay there again.

Property was nice, safe, comfortable and welcoming. The only 2 things that could have made our stay more enjoyable were: curtains/blinds were broken in the living room area and one room upstairs, making it extremely bright in the morning. They should be repaired or add blackout curtains. We also have some initial problems with the entrance code, but that was fixed quickly after a phone call.

Overall we were very pleased with this property. It suited our large family vacation well. A few comments and suggestions collected were, on arrival the pool was cold and had debris on the bottom and surface. The hot tub was green and had a thick scum line at the surface. These issues were addressed very promptly. The cooks who used the barbecue said it was left very dirty and in their opinion should be replaced. The pool deck becomes very slippery when wet. Although we realize it’s because of the tile used and probably can’t be changed, this could be dangerous. There was a main plug in the kitchen that was broken and affected 3 other plugs. Again this was addresses and fixed very promptly. Lastly the air conditioner in the guest house was draining inside and causing wet under the flooring. This also was addressed and fixed very quickly. This may sound like a lot of complaining, but are mere observations from our experience which was a very good one and we would definitely recommend this property for large groups. Anchor Down gets 5 stars!
