Our stay at Coastal Vibes was great! House was very clean & had everything we needed. A couple of suggestions (minor details): master bedroom needs better access to outlets by the nightstands, one was difficult to access behind the nightstand & the other side it was too far away to reach with standard phone cords (the other 2 bedrooms had access to plug ins on the nightstands) Our other suggestion is a hook of some kind for a towel that is easily accessible by the master bathroom shower.

This rental was great for our sister and cousins reunion. The furniture is mostly new and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and patio area. The kitchen is well stocked (could use a few smaller soup/cereal bowls), and there are TVs in every room and outside. We had an issue with the pool heater being really loud, but the property management company came and turned it off at our request. Communication was great, very responsive, and helpful. A few suggestions to make the guest experience better would be to add bedside lamps, add hooks on the bedrooms and bathrooms for clothes and towels, label the light switches, and add blackout shades to the bedrooms on the side of the house. Overall we had a great experience!

A perfect location one block to the beach and with it's own pool. The house is all one level which is nice. Well equipped with towels for both inside and out. Spotlessly clean. 2 bathrooms one of which is in the master bedroom. Second bath has tub. Very sufficient kitchen with dishwasher and large refrigerator with freezer. Quiet neighborhood. Dining table for six. Good size TV.

3 couples and a 4 day visitor loved our stay here. The house is well appointed and furnished, tvs everywhere, latest kitchen and laundry appliances.When we arrived the weather was cold, but the heat was inoperable. Maintenance staff arrived promptly on a Sunday morning and, with the help of a heating specialist corrected both problems.

The house itself was great, a few things to add. The sink in the kitchen doesn’t drain well. Also upon arrival the floors didn’t feel overly clean, I’m not sure if it just got overlooked during cleaning. But lots of sand

me and my family really loved the house. The lanai and the backyard were perfect for my grandkids and adults as well in the pool. The house is a good location in the house is in wonderful condition. The host were very responsive with any communication I had with them and I would love to rent it again next year roughly at the same time in February.

I will leave a good review, but I have never stayed in a vacation rental that does not have salt and pepper, or coffee and tea. I finally found a cutting board under the sink - not sure they should be stored there and it was dirty. Also the instructions said to start sheets, but there was no laundry detergent to use. The chaires on the deck were very dirty and when I unmade the bed today (master bedroom) - the mattress cover was very stained. Also bedside lamps in the rooms would be great. Other than those really small things, we had a great stay. Beds were good and the cooking and serving supplies were well stocked. Very Nice Towles!

We did have a couple issues but they were resolved.#1 There was not a check in binder when we arrived but it was emailed upon request. Because we did not have the PW to WIFI we had to go to a location in town with open WIFI to access the binder.#2 Because we were staying here for 30 days we had full access to the complex. There was no explanation of how to get this access and after talking to numerous people we were able to get through the locked gates to get to the clubhouse and get directions. This should be in the binder to make it easier for new renters.#3 The refrigerator was not working and melted all the freezer items. After three visits by the repair person, it was fixed. This issue was addressed quickly which we appreciated, and we understand these things happen and they aren't anyone's faultThe stay overall was wonderful, and the complex is very well taken care of. I appreciated the well-maintained walking/running paths and pools.

We loved the location, the neighborhood, the pool and the comfort of the beds. We traveled with a dog so a fenced yard was a major consideration, having a portion of the fence come down in the second week of a month long stay and a total lack of concern from the management company was a problem. A total repair wouldn’t have taken more than a couple of hours and a quick fix for my dog would have taken 15 minutes.
