We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect, and it was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our family. We really appreciated the comfortable layout and the convenience of everything nearby. The only minor issues were that there could have been more bath towels available, and the primary mattress was a bit softer than we'd prefer. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

We loved staying in the Tropic House and would definitely stay there again in the future. The amazing kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Between the huge dining table and the counter with so many stools, large groups can eat meals all together. The pool area is amazing. Love the opportunities the space offers for gatherings while at the same time there are options for more privacy or quiet conversations. Sitting on the lanai by the pool and looking out at the park setting of the back yard was my favorite part.

I think hand washcloths would be nice for the bathrooms. The living room TV needs to be upgraded to a smart Tv so guests can downloaded apps without a code. The TV outside struggled to connect. Other thanks those few minor things it was an amazing stay and I would be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Palms, we would love to come back. This house is clean, beautiful and spacious for my family to enjoy all the amenities throughout the house. Here are some things that could have made it better. The mattress in the master bedroom need to be firm or medium. I believe most people in their middle or older age prefer a firmer mattress that is not soft. Also the WiFi connection in the front spare room is poor to no WiFi when the door is closed. It would be nice to have a rice cooker as well. Like I said we will be back as we enjoyed the house.

What a lovely home and property!!! All the amenities needed for a comfortable and quality stay! The only thing I would suggest that could be improved is the temperature of the pool and having a few spices available for cooking because nobody wants to take their spice rack traveling, and they’re too expensive to buy all the usual spices for cooking once or twice. Maybe even some salt and pepper. All in all it was very pleasurable and I would definitely book again!!!

We had a couple of issues that were quickly dealt with and that was much appreciated. While the house was in a nice, it could have been better stocked. The kitchen was bare bones with none of the nice to have items that are normally left by other guests (like laundry detergent, Saran Wrap, cooking oil etc.). Also no games. The house could use some more rugs to make it feel a little cozier. The tile floor is cold and hard. A rug by the front door and some in the kitchen and bathrooms would be a nice improvement. The house had no curb appeal and looked like it was abandoned because the front lawn and bushes were all dead or dying. I appreciate pulling up to a house that makes you smile when you see it.

I would have given a 4.5 if possible. There were concerns regarding some of the amenities of the property when we arrived. Jaime was wonderful to work with and most things were resolved within 24 hours. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with the basics. Having plenty of towels is always nice. Having beach items in the garage was also great. One of the beach chairs was in pretty rough shape. We did buy another chair and will happily leave that here. We did not throw out the compromised chair. Also the duck floaty had a hole in it. We did not throw that out either but want you to know. The master bathroom right sink plinger is not working so the sink will not drain without manually holding it up. My husband cleaned the felt on the pool table and retipped 2 of the cues. We also resupplied the chalk. Having the pool table available was great for the only rainy day we had. The firepit did not work, it would not stay lit once you released the dial. These are just things we thought you would like to know. The great things we appreciated were definitely the pool and hot tub. Both were wonderful, esppecially the pool once it was heated. The home was very comfortable and the neighborhood is so quiet. It was very relaxing. Also I thought the master bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Our stay was fabulous and very relaxing.

We loved the location, the gated community and general layout of the condo. The furniture was comfortable and the decorations were nice. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were all great. I appreciated the laundry soap and liquid hand soap in the bathrooms. There was plenty of toilet paper. Appreciated the beach items - chairs, towels, bucket/shovel etc. The back patio was nice, liked the water view. The pre-arrival instructions were great. Having a designated parking spot was nice. There were a few things that could use improvement - none of these are major, but there were so many small issues that it became very frustrating: It was very warm in the unit. There was a sign saying we couldn't turn the temperature down due to the unit freezing. This made for very warm sleeping conditions. The ceiling fan in the bedroom made lots of noise that made it hard to sleep, this led to me purchasing a fan for the bedroom. There were no washcloths or dishtowels in the kitchen, I ended up purchasing paper towels. I reached out to the rental company on Saturday morning at 8am and mentioned this. I got a response late Saturday evening saying the towels would be dropped off the next day (day 3 of my stay) The towels were dropped off at some point Sunday, we were gone most of the day. So the towels were barely of use to us by this point - we were checking out in the morning. There were no hand towels in the half bath. The kitchen appeared to be mostly clean, but the silverware was dirty, and some pieces even had food stuck on them. There were hairs stuck to the walls in the shower in the room with the king bed. There was a part of the ceiling where the paint was actually peeling and hanging down in the dining area. There was dog food on the floor in the corner of the entry. (we did not have a dog with us) There was trash and one of the vertical blinds outside on the patio. There was only one trash bag. The upstairs bathroom trash cans did not have bags in them. I called and asked if there were more and I was told only a starter pack was provided. If I am staying somewhere 3 nights, I find it unrealistic to expect me to purchase a box of trash bags. I only needed 1 more than was provided. Usually in rental homes the 'starter pack' comes with at least 2 or 3 bags. There is something wrong with the TV in the living room - the middle of the screen is darker than the rest and sometimes the whole screen would get so dark you couldn't make out what was on the screen. There was a large rip in one of the screens on to the patio. Again, one or two issues is no big deal, but it felt like there was a lot of room for improvement.
